To improve the manufacturing capability of shoe tree in our country and enhancethe market competition, this paper studys a new method of motion control formachining shoe tree with NC machinetool. This paper discusses a method ofoptimizing the transmission system ,analyzing the stability of Servo System andascertaining every gains of servo system through dynamics emulation, analyzing themotion control of velocity and acceleration, programming to build NC programautomatically and developping a trajectory emulation software to emulate the tool'smachining movement.

At first, we based on comparative with functions and features by the kinds of Digital Photo Frames, analyzed the feasibility of the simulation system and the ability to myself, summarized the structure of system. According to all, determined the functions and features of the simulat system.

The feasibility of fault diagnosis systems developed have been proved by simulation results.
