Under the guide of the model of HHII, those components and presentation are used to develop a new interface of CoEditor. This test expounds and proves the model of HHII reasonable and the scheme of the tool practicable at the beginning. This paper also makes an application cooperative system, ACAutoCAD98, as an example, in order to analyze how the tool can be utilized to develop HHII. 4. It puts forward a concept of dynamic multi-cursor and its realization, combined with the research on CoEditor.

The paper firstly sums up the relative theory and development trend of Decision Support system, mainly including the decision-making supporting function, the features, the structure and the major mission of DSS. Subsequently, the paper lays emphasis on the research of the electricity requirement, energy-exhausting analysis and network optimum programming method for the second oil-mining factory of Da-Qing oil field, and then provides the principle of the network programming and the framework for designing DSS according to the requirement of optimizing the layout of network, saving energy and timely supervising. Following the former analysis and design, the paper finally conducts the development and debugging of the Decision Supporting System based on the software engineering theory.
本文首先对决策支持系统的相关理论及其发展趋势进行了综述,重点介绍了决策支持系统的决策支持功能、决策支持系统的基本特征、决策支持系统的主要任务和决策支持系统的结构等;然后,对大庆采油二厂地面生产系统电力需求、能耗分析、电网框架规划优化方法进行了研究,针对优化网络布局、节省损耗以及实时监控的要求,提出了网络规划的原则、系统设计的基本思想,进而进行了系统总体结构、系统的模型库以及数据库的设计;最后,按照软件工程学的方法,在系统分析和设计的基础上,完成了整个系统的开发和调试工作。

In this thesis, how to study and apply of system of CRM based on Web are discussed. Firstly, we summarize the principle of CRM, beginning with the current research condition, and introduce the concept, features and management principle of CRM. Secondly, we illustrate the basic architecture of web-based CRM system to form the basis of the further research and propose the integration of CRM system to the front end of enterprise, namely, the study on the business process re-engineering of CRM system. Then we discuss the key technique knowledge on CRM system based on Web, which included the technology of system interface, system safety and the design of net framework. And explain the technology of web service is a good solution to the problem of system interface in the Internet and the advantage of the develop way based on the B/S pattern. According to an application of CRM system based on Web, this thesis explains how to set up a CRM system based on Web, which include the customer requirement, analyzing the business process, system framework and system safety. At last, this thesis puts forward the extensive foreground of the system of web-based CRM with the expanding of the web technology and explains that there are some questions are to be resolve stilly in this thesis.
本文的研究内容首先从客户关系管理的研究现状出发,对客户关系管理加以概述,阐述CRM系统概念、系统特点和核心管理思想;并阐明了基于Web的CRM系统的基本架构为进一步的研究作铺垫,提出CRM系统对企业前端的整合,即对CRM系统的业务流程重构的研究;接下来说明基于Web的CRM系统开发的关键技术,包括系统体系结构的选择,系统接口以及系统安全三方面的技术要求,具体说明了B/S模式的原理及优点,Web Service是解决基于B/S模式系统的接口问题的最好方案;然后以一个销售管理CRM系统为例,说明如何构建一个基于Web的CRM系统,包括了系统设计要求、系统实现、系统功能框架和系统安全机制;最后根据当前通信和网络技术的发展,展望基于Web的CRM系统应用的广泛前景,并对在本文研究中还存在需要改进的地方进行了探讨。

本文收集整理了国内外智能推土机研究的相关文献资料,综合分析了国内外智能推土机的研究现状、发展趋势和前沿技术,论证了开发全液压推土机智能系统的重要组成部分&全液压推土机状态监测与故障诊断系统&的必要性和可行性;根据全液压推土机的结构、作业特点和作业环境,制定了全液压推土机状态监测与故障诊断系统方案,确定了系统的结构组成;采用模块化设计方法,将整个系统分成了显示、通信和故障诊断三个模块,给出了各模块功能的实现方法,确定了各模块的关键技术参数:选用RC6-9和DI2/10作为系统的控制器和显示器,用CAN总线搭建了系统的通信平台,完成了系统的硬件设计;确定了系统监测参数和通信数据,对全液压推土机常见故障特征进行了分析,给出了34种常见故障的诊断方法;在BODAS软件和DPS软件的集成编程环境下,编写了控制器和显示器程序;设计并制作了工程机械控制系统模拟试验板,并在此基础上通过多次的程序调试与试验,对所设计的全液压推土机状态监测与故障诊断系统功能的可实现性、完备性、可靠性、稳定性和实时性进行了检验,证实了此系统的可行性,并提出了进一步的改进方案和措施。

Synthetically considering these characteristics, the method of freeway management and control are presented according to four aspects: system objective orientation and concept design, system demand and requirement analysis, system data management and network structure, traffic control and accident detecting theory as well as its application. Function and structure of system are delimitated from the point view of integration. Construction and function demand of subsystem are analyzed and basic implement projects are presented. In this thesis, system data flow and management method and target which based on system network topology structure and equipment demand are described. Traffic modeling ideology and the process of making dynamic model as well as accident detecting program are presented with centralized and distributed traffic control theory in detail, then freeway ramp control theory which based on predictive model and its theoretic pattern are explored. Finally, based on the object oriented programming, program of accident detecting and checking on freeway is developed by using visual C++ as tool.
