The wireless earflap includes a host machine and a battery module, the host machine is equipped a first plug hole and a second plug hole for the battery module plugging, the host machine further includes a charge control module, the charge module comprises a first voltage detector, a second voltage detector, a charger, a first switch, a second switch, a third switch and a fourth switch.

Under the existing condition of the lab, a lot of experiments, analyzing and improving are made. Now, the problems in photoengraving, sputtering and diffusion etc. have been solved elementally. Excellent technological parameters are achieved and 2×2 LiNbO3 waveguide optical switch has been fabricated successfully. At the end of this paper, the losses of 2×2 LiNbO3 waveguide type optical switch are analyzed. The testing system is established. The V-grooves used for coupling have been designed.

我们在现有的实验条件下，经过反复实验，分析和改进，克服了光刻，溅射，扩散等各个阶段中的难题，总结出各部分最优的工艺参数，制备出了2×2定向耦合器型光波导开关，在本文的最后对制备出的光波导开关的各种损耗进行了分析，建立了测试系统，对光开关进行了通光测试，并对本2×2定向耦合器型光波导开关以后的耦合封装V型槽进行了设计。

First, a novel optical switch with thermal compensating mechanism is proposed, and then a parametric design program is developed for automatically generating the solid model of the switch. The solid model of the switch is exported in ACIS SAT file format to finite element software ANSYS for thermal analysis.

首先，提出一具热补偿机构之新型光开关，并使用参数化绘图程式以自动绘制光开关之实体模型；光开关之实体模型可利用ACIS SAT档案格式输出，接著在有限元素软体ANSYS中汇入此SAT档案，以供对光开关进行热分析。

For this reason, an optimal automatic timing control algorithm is proposed, that can restrain the switching frequency in a certain range to achieve the purpose of high efficiency and energy conservation. Taking such factors as inductive reactance at AC side, switching frequency, harmonic distortion rate and switching loss as well as the interaction among them into consideration, the formulas for inductive reactance and switching frequency are given; then by use of digital signal processor TMS320F2812, a prototype based on the proposed algorithm is implemented, and using this prototype the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed method are verified by experimental research and simulation.

In the proposed device to remedy the defect that overhigh withstand voltage of thyristors used in converter are needed due to the overhigh DC link voltage, a method to control DC link voltage is put forward, that is, a special control logic for full-controllable switching elements is designed to make them equivalent to half-controllable switching elements which are naturally turned on and turned off by triggering, then connecting such a half-controllable switching element in series with DC link the defect of overhigh DC link voltage is effectively solved.
