Taking the administrative villages as units, a comprehensive and detailed survey was made to attain the rich and reliable data, including the information about the status of the land use, the relationship of the land supply and demand, the living standards of farmers and the minimum of urban resident living guarantee and so on. Then the estimating system was established. Afterwards, basing the survey and the system, the character of each unit was transfer into data. And, utilizing the frequency law, the whole county was divided into four expropriation land blocks. The area was measured and the map, showing the differences between blocks, of the Arable Land Blocks for expropriation of Siyang was protracted by the method of GIS. Finally, the land expropriation price is calculated by agricultural land economical function compensate method and urban construction land criterion price avulse method, then the price was tested by expropriation case comparison method. It is beneficial not only for protecting farmers rights and interests, but also for link up with the current land compensate standard, so this way to calculate the land expropriate price is more reasonably.

以行政村为基本单元，对该地区的农用地利用现状、土地供求关系、农民生活水平扣城镇居民最低生活保障水平等情况进行了调查，建立征地区片价格评价体系，根据每个评价单元的综合评价分值，运用总分频率法将全县分为四个区片，并对各级区片进行面积量算，借助地理信息技术绘制了《泗阳县农用地征地区片价格分布图》，显化了农用地征地区片价格的空间分布及其差异，最后运用农用地经济功能价格补偿法和城镇建设用地基准地价剥离法综合测算农用地征地区片价格，并用征地案例比较法的测算结果加以比较验证，证明此测算结果相对更加科学合理，既有利于保障被征地农民的合法权益，又有利于与现行的征地补偿标准相衔接。

On moving base, a new initial alignment algorithm for strapdown inertial navigation system is proposed. In the algorithm, two special inertial frames, the initial-time inertial frame (i0 frame) and the initial-time SINS body inertial frame (ib0 frame), are defined and are selected as calculation reference frames, then, the calculation of initial alignment direction cosine matrix is expanded into three parts:(1) the DCM between i0 frame and the navigation frame will be easily obtained via local geographical coordinates and initial alignment time;(2) attitude updating using gyro samples gets the DCM between SINS frame and ib0 frame;(3) by explaining SINS specific force equation in SINS body frame, the relation between velocity log, accelerometer measurement and gravity acceleration is established to achieve the constant DCM from ib0 frame to i0 frame.

在运载体运动情况下，提出了一种适用于捷联惯导系初始对准的新算法，该算法以惯性空间为参考基准，即建立了初始时刻惯性坐标系（i0系）和初始时刻捷联惯组惯性坐标系（ib0系）两个惯性坐标系，将初始对准姿态矩阵的实现分解为三部分：（1）通过地理位置和初始对准时间求解i0系至导航坐标系的变换矩阵；（2）使用姿态更新算法实时计算捷联惯组相对于ib0系的变换矩阵；（3）通过惯导比力方程变形，获得测速仪辅助测量、加速度计输出和重力加速度之间的关系，从中可以求解出从ib0系至i0系的常值变换矩阵。

The following points are emphasized:The operation models of adiabatic and diabatic distillation have been set up and the operation block, thermodynamics model and mathematical model in the simulation have been determined as well;(2)Based on the simulation and exergy analysis with Aspen Plus program, shortcut distillation design—DSTWU model and rigorous distillation design—RADFRAC model, the author has determined the heat duty, exergy losses and the distribution of exergy losses along the adiabatic column, which will help the simulation and optimization of the diabatic distillation;(3)Diabatic distillation under various operation conditions has been simulated by using energy balance method and exergy analysis;(4)How the different mixture and the various degree of separation, number of trays and feed location influence exergy saving in diabatic distillation have also been discussed;(5)On the basis of the total exergy losses along the column, different schema of the heat transfer distribution along the column have been compared and analyzed;they can be classified in three categories: heat duty equipartition approach, empirical approach, separation degree matching approach. In conclusion, different heat transfer distribution along the column will have effect on total exergy losses. In particular, most satisfactory results have been obtained by using separation degree matching approach. In order to diminish the exergy losses, heat transfer distribution should meet the needs of the request of separation degree.And on this premise, the author makes his suggestion in increasing the proportion of heat supplied to the tray with minimum exergy losses and decreasing the proportion of heat supplied to the tray with the maximum exergy losses.

本文对透热精馏过程进行了模拟并对其节能效果的影响因素做了较为全面的分析和深入的研究，主要研究内容如下：(1)建立了常规精馏和透热精馏过程的模拟操作模块、热力学模型以及数学模型；(2)利用化工模拟软件Aspen Plus并分别采用DSTWU简捷模型和RADFRAC严格计算模型对常规精馏进行模拟计算和有效能分析，确定常规精馏塔的公用工程热负荷、有效能损失及有效能损失在塔内的分布，为透热精馏的模拟和优化提供数据参考；(3)对不同物系在不同分离度条件下进行透热精馏的模拟，分别采用能量衡算法和有效能分析法进行计算和分析；(4)探讨了各种因素如物系的选择、不同分离度、塔板数、进料位置对透热精馏节能效果的影响；(5)以全塔总有效能损失为比较基准，对热量在塔内的三种分布方案即热负荷平均分配法、经验法和分离度匹配法进行了对比分析并得出结论：塔内热量的不同分布方案对于全塔总有效能损失会产生影响，其中以分离度匹配法的节能效果最为理想，为减少有效能的损失，应使塔内的热量分布满足各塔板的分离度要求，并在此前提下，尽量减小有效能损失大的塔板的热负荷和增加有效能损失小的塔板的热负荷。
