Results The anesthesia range was narrowed and anesthesia duration was shortened with the prolongation of epidural catheter placement,Epidural roentgenography showed that the medium diffused normally within epidural space,biopsy of epidural tissues showed that there were inflammative cells infiltration and fiber proliferation with longer epidural catheter placement（more than 4 weeks）,without significant differences between both groups.Conclusion Epidural corticosteroids can not prevent epidural adhesion from occurrance induced with long-term epidural catheter placement.

结果 随着硬膜外腔置管时间延长，麻醉阻滞范围变窄，麻醉阻滞时间也明显缩短，两组之间没有明显区别；硬膜外腔造影显示：造影剂在硬膜外腔扩散良好，无明显受阻；组织学检查显示：置管时间长(4周以上)的动物，硬膜外组织炎细胞浸润、纤维组织增生、硬膜增厚，而且随置管时间延长，这"种变化更"加显著，但两组之间没有明显区别。

There was a good correlation between aging and decreased compliance and diastolic function of left ventricle which was manifested by a reduction of early diastolic peak folw velocity, time-velocity integral of early diastole, 1/3 filling fraction (1/3FF)(r=-0.958,-0.875 and -0.937, P＜0.01～0.001) and a significant compansatory increase in peak flow velocity of atrial contraction, time-velocity integral of atrial contraction, the ratio between APFV and EPFV and the ratio of ATVI and Total TVI (r=0.958, 0.956, 0.966 and 0.986, P＜0.001) and the prolongation of Dec T and RFP with increasing age. It was particularly true for the subgroups above the age of 50 years.

静息状态下收缩时间间期与年龄无相关性，负荷后即刻，老年组射血前期延长(P＜0.05)，射血前期与射血期比值加大(P＜0.05)，青年组无变化，提示年龄因素亦影响STI，但由于静息状态下得到代偿，STI变化往往表现不明显。3、静息及负荷状态左室短轴缩短率、平均周径缩短率、心指数及射血分数均不随年龄增长而变化，而负荷后即刻老年组PEF延长，PEP/LVET加大，提示STI是检测左室收缩功能的敏感指标。4、随年龄增长，心房收缩期充盈峰值流速、流速积分、充盈分数及心房收缩期与舒张早期充盈峰值流速之比值显著增高(r＝0.958、0.956、0.986及0.966，P均＜0.001)，舒张早期充盈峰值流速及流速积分、1/3充盈分数(1/3FF)下降(r＝-0.958、-0.875及-0.937，P＜0.01～0.001)。

The results obtained are as follows:(1) Intrarenal artery injection of adenosine ( 50, 100, and 200 nmol/kg ) increased the ARNA in a dose-dependent manner (from 100% to 138.06 ± 7.16 %, 201.09 ± 21.85 %, and 313.73 ± 23.81 % respectively, P 0.001 ; lasted for 2 ~ 6 min) with arterial pressure unchanged;(2) Intrarenal adenosine ( 100 nmol/kg ) increased single-unit discharge of ARNA from 0.19 ± 0.03 to 0.42 ± 0.09 impulse/s ( P 0.001 ), lasting 1~3 min;(3) Pretreatment with DPCPX ( 160 nmol/kg ) partly blocked the effects of adenosine on single-unit activity from 0.45 ± 0.04 to 0.29 ± 0.03 impulse/s ( P 0.001 ) while MAP was unaltered.

Results:①The amount of human colon carcinoma cell line SW480 treated by quercetin decreased. The morphology of partial SW480 cells was shrunk volume, integrated cell membrane, condensed cytoplasm, pyknotic chromatin, nuclear fragmentation. Apoptotic Corpuscles were found by electron microscope.②MTT colorimetric assay showed quercetin inhibited the growth of human colon carcinoma cell line SW480 in a time- and dose-dependent manner when the concentration of quercetin was 30、60、90μmol/L.③Flow cytometry analysis showed the cell cycle of SW480 cell was restricted in G1/S. G0/G1 phase rate increased and S phase rate decreased with increasing concentration of quercetin and time lasting.④ Zymogram analysis assay showed the secretion of matrix metalloproteinases in human colon carcinoma cell line SW480 treated by quercetin decreased. With increasing concentration of quercetin, the secretion of MMP-2 and MMP-9 decreased.⑤Immunohistochemistry method demonstrated the position expression of Cathepsin-D in SW480 cell was suppressed by quercetin in a time- and dose-dependent manner.

研究结果：经槲皮素处理的人结肠癌SW480细胞数量减少，部分细胞体积缩小，细胞膜完整，胞浆浓缩，核染色质固缩，细胞核碎裂，形成凋亡小体；MTT法检测显示当作用浓度为30μmol/L~90μmol/L时，槲皮素对人结肠癌SW480细胞的生长有抑制作用，其抑制作用随着作用浓度的增加和作用时间的延长而增强；流式细胞学发现槲皮素主要作用于人结肠癌SW480细胞周期的G1/S期，大部分细胞被阻断于S期，随药物浓度的升高和作用时间的延长，G0/G1期细胞比例逐渐增加，S期细胞比例逐渐减少；酶谱分析法检测显示不同浓度的槲皮素能够抑制人结肠癌SW480细胞分泌MMP-2及MMP-9，随浓度的升高，MMP-2及MMP-9的分泌量减少；免疫组织化学法显示不同浓度的槲皮素处理人结肠癌SW480细胞后，Cathepsin-D的表达随药物浓度的升高和作用时间的延长而降低。
