METHODS We used a dermatome to obtain thin endocardium,midcardium and epicardium transmural strips from left ventricular free wall of canine(weight 15-18 kg) and standard microelectrode techniques to record and measure the transmembrane action potential duration.

结果：①胺碘酮延长内、外膜层心肌细胞的动作电位时程，当基础周长为1 000 m s时，使用胺碘酮后心内膜层肌细胞的APD90由(254±38)m s延长为(274±37)m s(P.01)，外膜层肌细胞的APD90由(205±37)m s延长为(229±16)m s(P.01)；但其明显缩短中层肌细胞的APD，其APD90由(331±50)m s缩短为(290±62)m s(P.01)。

It was confirmed by Log-rank test that the cardiac allografts in group B and group C all survived longer than those in group A significantly (p.01). The survival time of the cardiac allografts in group C was also longer than those in groups B (p.05), which suggested that the recipients which pretreatment with SPC and CP was more efficient than that with CsA.(2)TGF-β1 is expressed as buffy granules in cardiac muscle and blood vessel dissepiment.

Results Wenshen Kechuan Tablets could significantly prolong the cough latent period and cough times within 3 min and increase phenol red secretion from trachea in cough model induced by ammonia water. Wenshen Kechuan Tablets could significantly prolong the asthma latent period and relieve spasm in guinea pigs with histamine-acetylcholine-induced asthma, prolong spasm latent period and reduce shock attack and lung overfall volume in guinea pigs with ovalbumin-induced asthma.

结果 温肾咳喘片可显著延长氨水致咳小鼠的引咳潜伏期、减少3 min内的咳嗽次数，增加小鼠气管段酚红排泌量，明显延长组胺－乙酰胆碱致敏豚鼠的引喘潜伏期、减少抽搐动物数，延长卵白蛋白致喘豚鼠抽搐潜伏期和减少跌倒休克豚鼠数，减少卵白蛋白致敏麻醉大鼠的肺溢流量。

The pugging process experiment of silica brick pug was made in Φ1 600×450 wet pan mill to study the change rule of main component mixing homogeneity and molding performance of the pug. The results showed that the pervasion and mixing concurred when diversified materials acceded to the wet pan mill, prolonging time in dry-mixed and wet-mixed periods had no action for increasing mixing homogeneity with pugging time prolonging, the molding performance was improved and the porosity of silica brick adobe had downtrend, but prolonging time after pugging 14 min the effect was not remarkable.

通过对Φ1 600×450湿碾机混练硅砖泥料过程中泥料主要成分的混合均匀度、泥料成型性能的变化规律研究，发现在各种物料加入湿碾机时，同时存在着扩散混合作用，延长干混、湿混阶段的时间，对于提高混合均匀度实际上没有意义；随捏练时间延长，泥料成型性能改善，砖坯气孔率呈下降趋势，但捏练14 min以后继续延长捏练时间，采用正常压制制度时，砖坯气孔率降低值已经很小。

Methods we developed a surgical technique to correct short nose by increase tissue volume in nasal tip ,nasal alae and the columella. The technique contain three steps:① Wide dissection and prolongation of the outer skin envelope to cover the lengthened framework by a "V" formed surgical approach from columellar base to inner edge of alae.②Silicone or expanded polytetrafluoroethylene implant is used to correct saddle nose and to length nasal framework.③A papilionaceous concha composite graft containing a elliptic ear cartilage and a onlay "V" formed skin and subcutaneous tissue is grafted to inner edge of columella and alae. Results we performed the procedure on 8 patients.

通过8例短鼻缺陷受术者采用蝶形复合耳郭组织游离移植到鼻尖鼻翼以增加鼻尖鼻翼的组织量以达到延长短鼻的目的，手术分为三个步骤：首先从鼻小柱基底到两侧鼻翼内缘做V形切口，广泛分离鼻尾端皮肤粘膜；然后，通过硅胶或ePTFE假体材料间插并缝合于两侧大翼软骨之间延长鼻尖部软骨支架；最后，将蝶形耳后复合组织块移植到切口部以增加鼻尖鼻翼部的组织量，术后观察该法延长短鼻的实际效果。

The results showed that the fresh-keeping time of Coprinus comatus was prolonged markedly after the treatment of UV-C. The fresh-keeping time extended from 6－7 days to 10－11 days at 4℃ and from 2 days to 4 days at normal temperature.

研究结果表明，UV-C照射处理能够显著延长鸡腿菇的保鲜时间，鸡腿菇在4℃贮藏时的保鲜时间由处理前的6～7 d延长至10～11 d，在常温下的保鲜时间由2 d延长至4 d以上。

选择热板法、扭体法、痛经模型、急性应激血淤血液流变性等方法，比较川芎配方颗粒及饮片、酒川芎配方颗粒及饮片的主要药理作用。结果川芎配方颗粒与川芎饮片标准汤剂、酒川芎配方颗粒与酒川芎饮片标准汤剂均能延长小鼠热板痛闭值，均能延长醋酸所致扭体反应的小鼠扭体潜伏期并减少扭体次数，均能延长小鼠痛经模型中催产素所致扭体反应的潜伏期并减少扭体次数，均具有改善急性应激血淤大鼠血液流变的作用。

结果：经3次实验，在生命延长率方面：对S180腹水瘤小鼠平均生命延长率超过50%的有葫芦钻、双钩钻高低剂量组，上山虎高剂量组和猛老虎、小红钻低剂量组；对H22腹水瘤小鼠平均生命延长率超过50%的有六方钻和双钩钻高剂量组。

The results showed that GP (320 mg/kg) combined with ADM (2 mg/kg) could significantly prolong survival Lime of mice bearing SF763 tumor, the life-prolonging rate was 88%(P40 mg/kg) significantly had a inhibition no A549 (P.05), the optium dosage of GP was 80 mg/kg, which had an inhibition of 82.2%(P.01) after an inoculation of 11 days; GP had a negative relation on prolonging survival time of mice bearing EC tumors between dosage of GP and the effect. The optimum dosage was 5-10 mg/kg, which had optimum prolonging rate of 32.77%(P.05). Thus GP could significantly prolong survival time of mice bearing SF763, A549 and EC tumors.

结果表明：生药剂量320 mg/kg GP联合2 mg/kg阿霉素，其生命延长率为88%(P01)，GP能明显延长荷人脑瘤SF763裸鼠生命；GP在大于40 mg/kg时对人肺腺瘤A549裸鼠具有明显的抑制作用(P.05)，最佳剂量为GP 80 mg/kg，接种时间11d，抑瘤率为82.2%(P.01)；GP对艾氏腹水瘤EC小鼠的生存期呈现负量效关系，GP最佳剂量范围在5~10 mg/kg，最高生命延长率为32.77%(P.05)。
