结果：观察组与对照组疗效比较，表明观察组明显优于对照组，护理后两组肢体功能均有不同程度的改善，ADL能力优于对照组P结论：早期实施康复护理，有助于预防和减少偏瘫肩-手综合征的发生，更好地发挥患肢功能，提高ADL能力，降低偏瘫的致残率。
