Wavelength calibration coefficients were calculated through regression analysis after several ordinal numbers of CCD's pixels corresponding to Mercury-Argon Lamp's spectral lines were measured. The residuals of certain spectral lines were computed using the coefficients measured and the ones from factory, the degree of fitting for regression equation was estimated using the new coefficients. The final results validated the wavelength calibration model.

在测量了多条光谱线对应的CCD像元的序数之后，使用回归分析得到波长定标的系数，连同光谱仪出厂时的波长定标系数，计算出了两组定标系数在给定的一些谱线位置处的残差，并利用实验所得的系数对回归方程进行了拟合优度检验，结果表明波长定标模型是有效的。

Four orientation diagrams coordinated with the average factors and the standard deviations of these 19 value elements, described the multi directional value orientation structure for China college students' sportswear consumption.3.1.3 Clustering analysis are applied to classify the former 19 value elements, which discovered that three inferior group are classified from the college students' consumption group based on the whole specimen data. It could be the reference of enterprise brand building for the orientation of consumption values.3.2 General personal values, self conception and demographic are lead into as three major variables for the interrelationship analysis of sportswear consumption value system.3.2.1 Firstly, the college students having their general values and existing the inferior group feature regarding to the consumption values.

三、研究的主要成果及其意义对中国大学生休闲服消费价值体系进行探索性分析1、首先对中国大学生休闲服消费价值观量化问卷所调查的样本数据进行频数统计趋向性分析，发现呈现的主要特点有：(1)"个性化"和"简约"已成为潮流，而寻"刺激"、找"激情"总体收敛；(2)追求"美感"，更不放弃"舒适"，两者兼得才是完美；(3)重"美誉"、讲"质量"，重"服务"、讲"信用"，求实际、不求高贵，"明智"有素；(4)求新不求怪异，明星、偶像效应淡化、时尚指数不高；(5)"个性化"不是"唯我化"，社会责任感和人际"亲和力"在强化。2、其次对样本数据进行因子分析，揭示出以"舒适"、"个性"、"简约"、"美誉"、"责任"、"服务"、"价格"、"明智"、"独特"、"激情"、"刺激"、"品位"、"性差"、"质量"、"活力"、"偶像"、"时尚"、"亲和"和"美感"等十九个价值元素为矢量的休闲服消费价值体系，并以因子均值和标准差为参数勾画出19个价值元素坐标四方位图，从总体上描述了中国大学生休闲服消费多维的价值取向结构。3、再者进行聚类分析，对上述十九个休闲服消费价值元素作不同量值的分类，发现在样本总量中可以细分为有较大区分度的三个类别，呈现出大学生消费群体中存在休闲服消费价值体系不同的亚群体，可为以消费价值观为取向的企业品牌价值定位提供参考基谱。

The results showed that the D50 of Astragalus membranaceus and Epimedium brevicornum ultra-fine powder were 6.82μm and 8.40μm separately. The broken cellular walls of two ultra-fine herbal powder were bigger than those of the commonly cribble, and intact cells were not visible under SEM, and it improved the mixed uniformity. On the contrary, organization blocks of the commonly cribble were clearly discernible, also the shape and granularity were irregular, and the organization cells were still complete. The bulk density and liquidity of Astragalus membranaceus and Epimedium brevicornum increased significantly after ultra-fine Smashing. The component icariin extraction content of the ultra-fine powder was enhanced by 18.31% compared with the cribble by the chromatograph analysis of icariin. At the same time, Astragalus membranaceus polysaccharide and Epimedium brevicornum polysaccharide content of the ultra-fine powder were enhanced by 117.13% and 315.15% compared with the cribble.

结果发现黄芪和淫羊藿经超微粉碎后，粉体的粒度分布中心D_(50)分别为6.82μm和8.40μm，经电镜观察均难以看到完整的细胞形态，只能看到细胞碎片，破壁率远远大于普通粗粉，其混合的均匀度显著提高，而普通粗粉在显微镜下，组织块清晰可见，且形状不规则，粒径分布不均匀，组织细胞仍然完整；超微粉碎后，黄芪和淫羊藿的堆密度和流动性显著增强；通过对淫羊藿有效成分淫羊藿苷的色谱分析，其中淫羊藿超微粉的淫羊藿苷体外溶出量较淫羊藿粗粉中提高了18.31%；同时黄芪、淫羊藿超微粉多糖的提取率分别较黄芪、淫羊藿粗粉提高了117.13%，315.15%。

Study on adsorption in porous media of reservoir is very important for phase equilibrium calculation of condensate gas and the right way of insight at the gas or condensate gas reservoir.In this paper,experiments for measuring absolute adsorption of N2, CO2 and natural gas on 8 different artificial cores using an accurate porosimeter and an precise chromatographic instrument under room temperature (283～292°K) and low pressure (0.167～0.3MPa) have been studied.From these experiments,the following results can be obtained:i.

利用高精度孔隙度测定仪和气相色谱分析仪，采用恒体积法，测定了室温(283～292K)、低压(0.167～0.3MPa)下N2、CO2和天然气在8个不同的岩心孔隙内表面的吸附量，对于天然气，还测定了吸附前后自由气体的摩尔组成，被吸附气体的摩尔组成和天然气各组分的相对吸附量。

The temperature response and sensitivity enhancing technology concerning fiber Bragg gratingis analyzed.A special kind of heat-resistant polymer is used to coat FBG to enhance the temperature sensitivity of FBG sensor.The polymer coating and solidifying process of FBG is improved.A kind of heat-conducted adhesive is used to reduce the friction between tube and polymer,and eliminate the chirp effect of FBG caused by the asymmetric shrinkage of polymer during the package process.The experimental results show that the FBG sensor can measure temperature from 20℃to 180℃.

简要分析了光纤布拉格光栅的温度响应及增敏原理，采用特殊耐高温有机聚合物对光纤光栅进行温度增敏封装，并通过改进光纤光栅的聚合物封装固化工艺，使用某种有机硅导热胶减小有机聚合物与套管材料的粘合度，消除了封装过程中由于聚合物材料不均匀收缩引起的光纤光栅反射谱啁啾化，实现20~180℃范围内光纤光栅传感器对温度高灵敏度测量。

According to the diagnosis of X-ray polarization spectrum in laser-produced plasmas with wavelength of 0.5～0.8 nm, a new pratical polarized spectrometer is designed and manufactured based on spatial resolution.
