Coco Palm is let down by mainly 2 things...the staff and the food....the staff are rude, unhelpful and really just dont look like they want to be there...every encounter we had with them they did not provide anything close to the 5 star standards we expect.....the horror started for us when we arrived at Male airport to be told we had to wait an hour for another flight to come in before we could be transferred to the island THIS IS NOT 5 STAR STANDARD I rang the resort adn expressed my concerns only to be laughed at by someone on reception THIS IS NOT 5 STAR SERVICE..

波杜希蒂岛度假村主要有两方面让我们失望。。。员工和食物。。。员工没有礼貌，又不帮助人，让人真得感觉他们不像是这儿的人。。。我们遇到的每一件事他们都不给我们提供我们所期待的接近五星级标准的服务。。。。从到达马累机场起我们就开始遭殃了，因为一到达机场就有人告诉我们在被转送到岛上之前，我们要等一个小时才有另一架飞机来接我们，这不是五星级的标准，我给度假村打电话，表达了我的担忧，却被前台的某些人嘲笑，这不是五星级的标准。。。。

Please please if you are planning your honeymoon or a special occasion do not go here....choose one of the others...another recent report on here has compared CocoPalm to a number of other resorts which they have said are MUCH better..try one of these i doubt they can be any worse than Coco palm bodu hithi.
