为选择一种适用于有机废气吸收净化、回收，且吸收性能好、解吸性能优越、溶质和溶剂分割清楚、吸收性能稳定的吸收剂，本论文在前人工作的基础上，确立了以液体石蜡作为吸收剂的研究课题，并对液体石蜡吸收剂进行了初步的基础性研究。通过进行液体石蜡对苯吸收性能和解吸性能的基础性研究，得出以下主要结论：液体石蜡对苯的吸收量大；其本身的沸点在340℃以上，对吸收质分割清楚；液体石蜡粘度适中，动力消耗小。
