底栖动物

Based on the compared and simulated experiment, it was quantitively studied on the effect of macrobenthos (Ilyoplax deschampsin and Corbicula fluminea) on the exchange of nutrient across the sediment-water interface and the early diagenesis of nutrient in the tidal flat sediments from the Yangtze Estuary. Ilyoplax deschampsin and Corbicula fluminea affected the exchange of nutrient across the sediment-water interface by the different biological mechanisms.

本文依据长江河口滨岸潮滩大型底栖动物的自然分布特征，选取了两段典型的研究区域－崇明东部潮滩和浒浦岸段边滩，运用实验模拟和对比分析方法，定量地研究了大型底栖动物谭氏泥蟹和河蚬对潮滩生态系统中营养盐的界面扩散及其早期成岩变化的影响。

Based the structure and function of Yangtze River Estuary Ecosystem, the energy expenditure of shorebird community staging at Yangtze River Estuary and the production of macro zoobenthos community were studied in this dissertation.

本文以长江河口湿地生态系统的结构和功能为基础，对鸻鹬群落在长江口地区中途停歇期间的能量需求和栖息地选择和利用进行了研究，探讨了底栖动物作为鸻鹬群落饵料的状况，并根据鸻鹬群落和底栖动物群落能量流动特点，构建了Stella计算模型，对鸻鹬群落中途停歇长江口期间所需要的栖息地面积进行了估算和探讨，以期为区域发展和鸻鹬栖息地保护提供依据。

It was calculated that trophic level of macrofauna was between 2.0 and 3.7,and thus the macrobenthos of East Chongming tidal flat were primary and secondary consumers.

底栖动物的氮同位素能较好地反映其食性和营养位，计算出崇明东滩的大型底栖动物营养位在2.0～3.7，为一级消费者和二级消费者。

The result showed that:(1) There were a higher density of Ostreidae and Balanidae and a lower biodiversity in the cay sampling section of Daxie Island.(2) No significant difference was found in the macrozoobenthos community among the tide plat sampling section in Daxie Island.(3) There was a lower macrozoobenthos species number, biodiversity, and a higher density of Sternaspis scutata and Capitella capitata than those in the sea area beside Daxie Island. Moreover, a significant difference was found in the macrozoobenthos community between the sea area of Daxie Island and the adjacent islands.

结果发现：(1)大榭岛岩相潮间带断面牡蛎科和藤壶科等科的物种栖息密度较高，生物多样性较低；(2)泥沙相潮间带底栖动物状况与其他海岛差别不显著；(3)大榭岛近岸海域底栖动物种数少于其他海岛近岸海域，且前者不倒翁虫和小头虫等多毛类物种栖息密度较高，生物多样性较低，群落结构与其他区域相差较大；(4)环境质量的生物评价结果显示，大榭岛近岸海域扰动程度高于其他海岛近岸海域。

Based on the 7 cruises survey data collected from 63 research stations in the Daya Bay of South China Sea in January and July 1988 and in March,May,September and December 2004,the variation characteristics of the abundance,biomass,productivity,and P/B value of macrobenthos in the two years were analyzed by using Brey s empirical formula.

利用1988年1月、7月和2004年3月、5月、9月、12月在大亚湾海域开展的7个航次63个站次的大型底栖动物调查数据，通过Brey经验公式对两个时段的大型底栖动物生产力和P/B值的变化特征进行研究。

The result revealed that 34 species, including 13 polychate species, 11 mollusk species,8 crustacean species, 1 nemertinean species and 1 fish species were found in the three localities. The average density of macrobenthos was 164 ind.

结果表明，本次秋季调查共采到大型底栖动物34种，其中多毛类种类最多，13种，软体动物11种，甲壳动物8种，其他类群2种；大型底栖动物总平均栖息密度为164 ind。
