The paper described three different types mechanism of femtosecond laser surgery briefly,and then introduced achievements of the femtosecond laser surgery in cell biology,such as cytoskeletal dynamics,ablation of organelles in living cells,engineering of the cell membrane,photodynamics,biological experiments in vivo and the corresponding applications.

The features of migration, multi-directional differentiation were observed as well.
