应用免疫组织化学染色的方法观察正常成年大鼠脑中insr、irs-1、irs-2的分布。结果：insr、irs-1、irs-2在正常成年大鼠脑中广泛分布，在与学习记忆和能量代谢相关的脑区如大脑皮质、海马、丘脑和下丘脑的部分核团均有表达。结论：insr及irs-1、irs-2在正常成年大鼠脑中广泛表达，但表达部位不完全一致，提示它们在大鼠中枢神经系统的正常功能活动中可能发挥不同的作用。
