The work mechanism of the reformative method of enlarging sectional areas and the interface mechanical performance have be more systematical analyzed and studied with the finite element numerical simulation method, the structural testing method, and combing project practice. Based on that, the suggestion formula of shear and tension bearing capacity for the old and new concrete is put forward.
