Extended the semi-analytical finite element method into the Dugdale model of elastic-plastic fracture mechanics, the analytical elements based on the Dugdale model of mode Ⅰ and mode Ⅱ crack are constructed. The formulas for the stiffness matrices and load vectors of analytical elements are deduced.

将上面的半解析有限元法应用于弹塑性断裂力学中的Dugdale模型，分别构造了基于Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型Dugdale模型的裂纹解析元，并建立了解析单元的出口刚度阵和荷载向量的列式。

The experimental study of CBAB implanted in muscle of rabbits. In order to study implanted CBAB's dynamic biomechanics strength, its affection on tissue around and the concentration of Ca and P in blood, and to obsreve whether ectopia osteogenesis occure or not, we implanted CBAB samples, which were compounded in the proportion of 1 g CPC powder to 5 mg BMP, into rabbits'thigh flexor.

为了研究CBAB植入动物体内对外周血钙、磷水平的影响、CBAB的动态生物力学强度变化和生物学行为，为进一步进行CBAB用于骨填充的研究和应用提供理论基础和方法积累，按1 g CPC固相配5 mg rhBMP-2的配比将CPC与rhBMP-2复合成CBAB，经手术植入于兔大腿屈肌中。
