The main contributions are included as follows: the first, the research of technology of parametric model and establishment of part library, the second, the study of the technology of automatic assembly, the third, the study of functions of Unigraphics and approach of quadratics exploitation of UG .Used this technology in transmission CAD system, the fourth, the establishment of the parametric transmission CAD system using technology of automatic assembly.

本课题主要工作包括以下几个方面：第一，研究分析参数化特征造型技术的理论，并且将此理论应用于零件库的建立，总结零件库的多种实现方法；第二，分析研究机械产品自动装配技术的实现；第三，研究分析UG软件的功能和对其进行二次开发的途径和技巧，以及该软件在变速器CAD系统中的应用；第四，将参数化特征造型技术和自动装配技术的理论，结合UG软件的二次开发，应用于变速器CAD系统中。

Nuclear Run-on Assay was used to address the contribution of transcriptioninitiation to the regulation of five histones by YSV. Actinomycin D inhibitor studies were used to detect the mRNA half-life of five histones. SLBP weremeasured by Western blot assay to identify regulation of YSV on Pre-mRNAsplicing.

e-PTFE was implanted into the pitting area after subcuntaneous disjunction. Results: 15 cases were followed for about 3 and 6 momths after implant of e-PTFE, including cases with saddle nose, pitting deformity of orbit, congenital lip cleft with depressed soft tissue around pyriform opening, parbial defect of helix. In these cases, satisfaction rate is evaluated as high as 97.9%, unexpected tissue response was not shown in this clinical trail.Conclusion: Depended on this clinical trail, we believe local e-PTFE manufactured by Shanghai Suo-kang Medical Implants Co., Ltd.
