Based on the defect analysis of cold rolled and hot dip galvanized products produced from CSP coils by data processing, off-line testing, observation by SEM, it was shown that the quality of products is not only affected by proceeding processes such as steelmaking, casting, hot rolling but also by the performance of cold rolling and hot dip galvanizing.
