The inventory management is the important part of supply chain management. This paper conducts some study and discussion in the aspect of demand and inventory cycle time.

而库存管理则是供应链管理中非常重要的环节，本文就是从库存周期和顾客需求角度出发对库存管理进行了探讨。

The fifth chapter discusses the multi-echelon inventory mode, and makes elementary research on the supply chain stock mode from the angle of centralized supply chain and the uncentralized supply chain.

For one thing, if the materials store is too large, it will occupy too much fund and lead to torpidity of turnover fund. On the other hand, if the materials store is too small, it cannot meet the requirement of selling and producing, and will certainly increase purchase frequency or produce batch, thus this will expand the cost of purchase and produce, and cause the sum cost of inventory to be large. Therefore, enhancing the ability of inventory management and service level for its customers, and reducing the storage and the inventory cost is an important target of enterprise inventory management.

一方面，如库存量过大，则占用资金量过多，易于造成流动资金周转不灵；另一方面，若库存量过少，不能满足生产、销售的实际需要，势必要增加采购次数或生产批次，这样就加大了采购或生产成本，造成总库存成本过大，因而不断提高库存管理水平和客户服务水平、尽量降低库存水平、减少库存成本就成了企业库存优化的目标。

In inventory management, the inventory of goods will be managed according to its sort by applying the ABC method and reasonable inventory structure will be decided; when demands and ahead period changes the inventory quantity will be calculated by applying theory of statistics, and reasonable inventory quantity will be decided. The losses of unmarketable goods will be reduced by analyses of retaining cost and profit.

在库存管理中，利用ABC分类法对库存商品进行分类管理，制定合理的库存结构；利用数理统计的理论和方法对需求量和提前期变化时的库存量进行计算，制定合理的商品库存量；对于滞销商品采取保本保利分析，尽可能减少滞销商品带来的损失。

Compared with the traditional inventory management, supply chain management of inventory management is no longer maintained as the production and marketing of the measures, but the supply chain as a balancing mechanism.
