In order to evaluating objectively application performance of MRPII/ERP, the paper puts forward a synthetic appraising index system and a model based on comparing APICS"s "ABCD Checking List" and SPICS"s "Assessing on Application of MRPII", combining application situation of ERP in Chinese businesses.
