将本发明得到的ldsRNA或siRNA以适当的比例与乙型肝炎病毒表达载体混合，并用尾静脉液压法注射到小鼠体内。结果显示非同源性序列ldsRNA和siRNA基本不抑制乙型肝炎病毒在小鼠体内的复制，而与乙肝病毒基因同源性的ldsRNA和siRNA可以有效抑制乙型肝炎病毒在小鼠体内的感染复制，抑制率高达90％以上。
