The mitochondrial COⅠ gene sequences of 28 species of Cypraeidae including those of 11 species newly determined were used to reconstruct their phylogenetic trees using the neighbor-joining,maximum parsimony and Bayesian methods,aiming to clarify their phylogenetic relationships.

This papersummarizes the studies on glycinin including components,structure and gene families.The homogeneity of the glycinin gene sequences was compared by bioinformatics.Heredity Distances of the six glycinin genes were analyzed. Special emphasis is laidupon comparing the sequences and components of amino acids in the glycinin. Thecontents of major amino acids in the intact glycinin and in the acid and basic peptideswere analyzed. In view of others and our researches, we advance some new thinkingand tactics of improving rice nutritional quality by using glycinin genes.

本文在简要介绍大豆球蛋白组分、结构及基因家族后，采用生物信息学方法分析比较了不同种类大豆球蛋白基因之间的序列同源性，并对不同大豆球蛋白基因的遗传距离作了分析；本文还重点比较分析了不同大豆球蛋白的氨基酸序列和组成，以及不同酸性肽和碱性肽中重要氨基酸的含量，基于对前人工作的总结和我们的分析结果，本文提出了利用大豆球蛋白基因进行水稻营养品质改良研究的新思路和新策略。

The predicted amino acid sequence of the gene show a rather high homology(84.47% amino acid identities)with Haemaphysalis longicornis(H.longicornis) TnI (GenBank,GI:14041807).Furthermore, the actin-binding domains of troponin I in predicted amino acid sequence, just the same as H. longicornis ,at the amino acid residues 147-167, suggesting the gene is K haemaphysaloides TnI gene.

Partial cDNAs encoding LHR gene were cloned from Cynoglossus semilaevis by nested reverse transcrip-polymerase chain reaction (nested RT-PCR). Alignment analysis showed that the sequence was 97%, 94%, 85%, 83%, 82% and 80% similar to those of Hippoglossus hippoglossus, Paralichthys olivaceus, Acanthopagrus schlegelii, Oreochromis niloticus, Oryzias latipes and Takifugu rubripes, respectively.

It was inferred that this fragment might be relative to V-CMS. Homology analysis showed that there existed 84 bp homologous sequences between a Hordeum vulgare genomic DNA fragment and S238(subscript 999), this fragment may be a newly discovered sequence related to wheat V-CMS.

通过NCBI数据库的同源性比对，发现该片段仅与一个Hordeum vulgare基因组DNA片段有84bp的同源序列，表明这是一个新的可能与V型小麦细胞质雄性不育相关的序列。

The results showed that all of them could detect the presence of ZFY DNA sequences except a 46 XX"male"and a 46 XX hermaphrodite, our findings confirmed that Ferguson-Smith〔1966〕 forwarded the hypothesis that the X-Y intercharge model for XX maleness can be regarded as an abnormal exchange initaited in a region proximal to TDF and extending to the telomere,and,also strongly suggested that ZFY gene palyed an important role in sex determining of human.
