In the design of the de-huller, the lotus seeds were fed into the de-hulling channel in queue of the seeds with a certain heading orientation by using a screw expeller, and the de-hulling channel composed of two rotating supporting roller and a con-rotating cutting roller was established to realize the de-hulling of seeds. The integrated adjustment unit was designed for the adjustment of the main cutting parameters such as cutting force, cutting depth, two obliquities in horizontal and vertical plane so that the different variety and granularity of seeds were de-hulled.

辊刀式莲子剥壳机采用供送螺杆对壳莲进行分粒供送并使莲子按照一致的位形排序上料，采用由双托辊和剥壳辊构成的剥壳通道实现莲子剥壳，为适应不同品种、不同粒度壳莲的剥壳，在剥壳机设计中采用了集总式调节机构以实现对主要切割参数即切割压力、切割深度、螺旋辊刀空间斜置和偏置角度的调节。

Abstract］ objective to discuss the influencing factors of healing up of anastomosis between traditional and morden ideas and question the more reasonable method of intestinal tract preparation in stage one operation.methods twenty-six patients with colon cancer were divided into 3 groups:colostomy group（8 cases）,washing group (9 cases) and suction group (9 cases).all the patients underwent colectomy plus stage one anastomosis and exteriorization with different interoperative preparation with which we compared the healing up of anastomosis within the three groups.results there were 3 cases having fistula in the colostomy group （8 cases）;one case in the washing group,but all the patients in the suction groups gained stage one healing up.conclusion as a method of emergency interoperative peparation,stool suction has a better healing up of anastomosis than colostomy and washing;it is advantageous to observe the healing up of anastomosis through colectomy plus stage one anastomosis and colon-outlying.

目的 探讨影响吻合口愈合因素的传统与现代观念并进一步探讨一期手术中更为合理的肠道准备方式。方法 26例降结肠癌分为造瘘组（8例）、冲洗组（9例）和粪便吸引组（9例）三组，术中分别采用3种不同方式行紧急肠道准备，所有病人均采用结肠切除一期吻合加外置的方法，对比观察三组病人的吻合口愈合情况。结果造瘘组（8例）有3例发生瘘，冲洗组有1例发生瘘，粪便吸引组全部一期愈合。结论粪便吸引作为一种术中紧急肠道准备方法，其吻合口愈合情况优于前两组；结肠一期吻合加外置的方法有利于观察吻合口的情况。

The power variation of the targeted harmonic signal and harmonic suppression ratio were calculated and evaluated. The theoretical caculations and simulated results suggest that power variation can be maintained within 1 dB with dc bias drift less than 5% and the harmonic suppression ratio is stable in the SSB RoF link.

After that to make it polarize in MS+30g/L suger+100mg/L cef+10.0mg/L km. The percentage of km resistant callus was reached max after infection for 45 min, the average is 29.66%. Simultaneity, tender leave callus are infected 5 min by A. tumefaciens liquid in different negative pressure, and kept on 15 min in Agrodacterium tumefaciens liquid without negative pressure. Then screen out resistant callus and obtain transgenic plants. When the negative pressure is -0.05MP the percentage of km resistant callus was reached max, the average rate is 37.5%.

将心叶接种于MS+2.4-D1.5mg/L+30g/L 蔗糖，琼脂0.7%，pH5.8 培养基中25℃暗培养20d 后继代一次，诱导产生Ⅱ型胚性愈伤组织，用镊子将其夹碎成2mm2大小的小块，置入添加100mg/L AS 的根癌农杆菌LBA4404 菌液中，侵染时间为45min，共培养3 天后，转入MS+2.4-D1.5mg/L+30g/L 蔗糖+500mg/L Cef 培养基中恢复7天，再转入MS+2.4-D1.5mg/L+30g/L 蔗糖+100mg/L Cef+10.0mg/L Km 中，遮光培养20d后，置入其MS+30g/L 蔗糖+100mg/L Cef+10.0mg/L Km 分化，卡那霉素抗性愈伤组织获得率在侵染45min 时达到最大值平均为29.66%；同时以甘蔗心叶愈伤组织材料，通过循环水式真空泵，产生负压，设定不同的负压值，在农杆菌菌液中感染5min 后，在负压条件下继续侵染15min 后，筛选出抗性愈伤组织并获得转化植株，其中在负压为-0.05 时转化率达到最大值，其卡那霉素抗性愈伤组织获得率平均为37.5%。

Based on the finite strain theory, a subroutine‐UEL for ABAQUS is developed , and the residual pore pressure under wave load is computed, and stability of soil around pipeline and seabed is analyzed. Regarding the liquefaction soil as model, a subroutine‐UMAT for ABAQUS is developed , and the behavior of pipeline in liquefaction soil analysis qualitatively.

Secondly, the paper carries on the destruction processes and the stress distribution situation numerical simulation of the concrete three point bending specimen with bias crack under static load function,, and analyze specimen crack expansion and the destruction mechanism, obtain the reason that the crack expanding flectional way is because the material nonuniformity, in the same time, from the specimen destruction process chart we can see that the crack bias degree has some influence on the crack expansion way.

This paper presents a new method of digital image sharing.Firstly,construct a reversible matrix,decompose a secret image into several scrambling and encryption images at one time by matrix operation,then camouflage them into several megascopic and meaningful carrier images to store or transfer.This algorithm combines the scrambling technique,encryption technique,information hiding and sharing technique,but with much simpler algorithm,less computation time,smaller pixel expansion,better recovery effect.The results show that the algorithm has application value in the field of secret image storage and transmission.

提出一种数字图像分存方法，首先构造可逆矩阵，并通过矩阵运算直接将秘密图像分解成几幅等大小的置乱加密图像，然后分别将它们伪装在几幅经过放大且有意义的载体图像中，实现了图像分存，文中将置乱加密、信息隐藏、分存技术三者有机结合，整个算法实现简单，运算量小，数据膨胀率低，安全性高，秘图恢复效果较好，大量实验也验证了算法的有效性。
