The main contributions include:(1) Energy conservation law of Haar wavelets transform is proved to compress data streams.(2) The relation between the coincidence measure and trend of streams is revealed as along with the invariability under parallel shift and the equivalence law over coincidence measure to approximately express data-streams by the wavelet coefficient of the characteristic stream and its energy.(3) Multi-Scales energy decomposition model is proposed to improve the compression precision.(4) The multi-scales compression algorithm and the energy conservation reconstruction algorithm are designed.(5) Extended experiments show that the compression ratio of the new methods is 2~4 times as the traditional method.

主要研究成果包括：(1)证明了Haar小波变换服从能量守恒规律，并用于压缩数据流；(2)揭示了数据流的偶合度与变化趋势的相关性、偶合度的平移不变性及等价规律，采用特征流序列的小波系数和流能量近似表示流的趋势，达到压缩的目的；(3)提出了多尺度能量分解模型，提高了表示精度；(4)设计了多尺度能量分解压缩算法以及多尺度重构算法；(5)在真实数据集上的实验表明，新方法的压缩比是传统小波方法的2～4倍。

Get high purity DCs by Cultured plastic-adherent monocytes isolated from healthy human peripheral blood with GM-CSF and IL-4 for 7 days. To observe the morphology of DCs by inverted phase contrast microscope ,electron microscope and laser confocal microscope. Analyse phenotype of DCs with flow cytometry. Investigate the endocytosis ability of DCs as a group by Horseradish peroxidase endocytosis assay. To appraise allogeneic mixed lymphocytes reaction of DCs by MTT reduction assay. Analyse the levels of IL-12 and TNF in liquids of cultured medium by ELISA and MTT reduction assay respectively. Soluble antigens of HCCs was obtained by 3 freeze-and-thaw cycles. Biological characteristics of HC soluble antigens pulsed DCs were monitored by flow cytometry. According to MTT reduction assay estimated the cell proliferation of self lymphocytes activated by HC antigens pulsed DCs. Get high purity BCG HSP 70 protein by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and determined its biological activity with ELISA. Analyse phenotype of antigen pulsed DCs primed by BCG HSP70 with flow cytometry. By MTT reduction assay estimated the cell proliferation of self lymphocytes and the MLR of DC based vaccine. Analyse expression of HLA-DR molecule on surface of HCC lines. The IFN-γ mRNA in lymphocytes after actived by DC vaccine and the Fas-L expression on DC and DC vaccine primed lymphocytes were detected by in situ hybridization and flow cytometry respectively. Specific cytotoxity lysis of T lymphocytes and nonspecific inhibition of liquids in culture medium against HCC lines were also tested. Detect expression of hAFP on four HCC lines with Cell-ELISA. Induce apoptosis of HCCs with actinomycin-D. Interaction of DCs and apoptotic cells was observed under transmission electron microscope. Growth inhibition test of DC against HCC lines was also performed. Establish the nude mouse model bearing human HC xenografts and indentify the characteristic of tumour by histochemistry and immunohistochemistry techniques. Prevent and treat transplanted human HC on nude mouse with Freezing and anabiotic HC specific lymphocytes.

In order to do research on pipe flow and pump characteristics of polymer flooding and water flooding rod-pumped well in especially high water-cut stage, rheometric test aimed at production stream from polymer flooding and water flooding rod-pumped well in especially high water-cut stage has been made, and the characteristic of production stream in especially high water-cut stage is confirmed as Newtonian fluid. Experiments using different mediums about pipe flow and pump characteristics is made. Frictional resistance and coefficient of friction resistance of annulus fluid between sucker rod and the pipe flow is calculated under different working conditions. Frictional resistance between plunger and pump barrel under different parameters is calculated based on related theory of pump characteristic and the strained analytical model of oil-well pump. Besides, using the theory of slit flow and hydraulic -clamping pressure, the frictional resistance is calculated, and the error between the result and measured value is no more than 13%.

为研究特高含水期水驱及聚驱抽油机井管流特性与泵特性，本文针对特高含水期水驱及聚驱井采出液进行了流变性试验，确定了特高含水期油井采出液的性质属牛顿流体；利用不同介质，进行管流特性与泵特性试验，得到了不同工况下杆、管环空流的摩擦阻力和摩阻系数；根据泵特性相关理论和抽油泵受力分析模型，计算了不同参数下柱塞与泵筒间的摩擦阻力，并利用缝隙流与液压卡紧力理论对柱塞与泵筒间的摩擦阻力进行了计算，计算结果与实测值误差在13%以内。

Considering gas-solid flow in annular space and BoYun Guo's hydrodynamic parameters model, For aired underbalanced drilling, combined with the minimum energy Angel law and based on the mininum gas injection scale at the key points, it is established a bottom-hole pressure model for gas-solid two phase stream; meanwhile, calculated the downhole depth of the Downhole-Deployment-Valves; and then fabricated the corresponding calculation software. For streamingly underbalanced drilling, it is fully given a step-by-step solution based on analysis from the relationship of various wellbore pressures at the course of underbalanced drilling as well as from the streaming behavior in different wellbore sections, adding consideration on multiphase stream pressure drop and Downhole-Deployment- Valve into account, it is of common application for development wells.

对于气体欠平衡钻井，考虑环空为气固两相流，参考BoYun Guo的流体力学参数计算模型，结合Angel的最小动能法标准，从满足关键点处的最小注气量入手，建立了气固两相流的井底压力计算模型，同时对套管阀的下入深度进行了计算，并利用VB语言编制了相应的计算软件；对于液体欠平衡钻井，考虑环空为多相流，在充分分析欠平衡钻井井内基本压力关系的基础上，从环空多相流压降分析入手，通过对井筒内各段的流态分析，逐段求解。

Finally, the techniques of time-serial measurement for transient flow field, three-dimensiqonal tomography, computer image processing and the theories above quantitative calculation studied in the thesis are used to measure the free jet flow field of real rocket, the flow field of bore nozlle, impingment field of exhusted jet, three-dimensional flow field in hypersonic shock tunnel, the flow field of boundary layer transition, explosive and combustion flow field of detonating powder and 3-D temperature field.
