The activation energy for deformation in W18Cr4V high speed steel, 40CrMnNiMo tool steel for plastic molding and AISI H13 hot-work tool steel are investigated intensively. The investigation shows that the activation energy for deformation of both 40CrMnNiMo tool steel for plastic molding and AISI H13 hot-work tool steel decrease with the increasing of temperature.

分别将这两种钢的变形激活能数学模型用于蠕变模型，并采用这一改进后的蠕变模型对W18Cr4V高速钢和40CrMnNiMo塑模钢的热变形流变应力进行预测，结果表明，此模型不仅能精确描述蠕变条件下工模钢的流变应力变化规律，也能精确描述工模钢非蠕变条件下的流变应力。

Two main types of muzzle brakes named baffle type and light weight type have been designed for carrying out the simulation and analysis of muzzle flow in this research. The utilizing of parameters from simulations and some given conditions to impact deflectors of muzzle brakes to make the recoil part get a momentum to move forward in order to lower recoil force have been expressed in this research as well.

The above problems are studied in this thesis. First, the implicit NND scheme with mix flux splitting method proposed by Zhang Hanxin that is first order accurate in time and second order in space is modified. The modified scheme keeps the characteristics of fast convergence and is second order accurate both in time and space. It can be capable of simulating the unsteacly flow. Second, the topological method founded by Zhang Hanxin is improved to study the characteristics of vortex near the singular point on its axis and the cross streamlines on the longitudinal section passing the vortex axis. On the basis of topological results, a program which visualises numerical results is made out. It can help us analyse the characteristics of vortex motion.

本文对上述问题做了研究：第一，在数值模拟方面，借助于张涵信提出的NND算法和混合通量法，我们将他建立的时间为一阶、空间为二阶精度的快速隐式算法推广为时间和空间均为二阶精度的算法，这样做保留了原格式收敛快的特点，而且能适用于真实的非定常流态的计算；第二，将张涵信的拓扑分析方法加以推广，研究了涡轴附近及破裂点邻域内流场的空间特征，并以这些拓扑分析结果为指导，研制了一套显示计算结果的软件，这一软件能很好地帮助我们分析流场的计算结果和旋涡演变的特征。

Through an analysis on mud-clogging mechanism of suction nozzles on wet type sweeper, a concept is suggested, that water ratio in dust nearing the wall of suction nozzle duct should be decreased so the mud stickiness can be controlled under a critical value and not sticking to the duct wall whereas water ratio in central dust passage of the duct is properly increased to satisfy effective dust absorbing. On the basis of the concept, a water spraying device is designed with improvement for suction nozzles. In the device, the water hole numbers, diameters and distribution along the nozzle circumference as well as initial direction of water spraying are all determined according to concrete suction nozzle structures.

2 The measurement of temperature of solid propellant plume by remote sensing FTIR The infrared radiance spectra was obtained by remote sensing FTIR. The temperatures of four plumes of propellants and a infrared reagent were calculated according to the gas vibration rotation band fine structure such as CO, HF, H2O and HC1 in plume of solid rocket propellant. The results have a agreement with the theoretical data.

2.2 FTIR遥测固体推进剂羽流温度本文利用遥感FTIR测试技术测得了固体火箭推进剂羽流的红外辐射亮度分布图，并根据谱图中CO、HF、HZO、HCI四种气体振转谱带精细结构计算了推进剂羽流温度及红外辐射药剂的燃烧温度，计算结果与理论预测值基本一致。
