In the first part, depending on three or more images, the main research work are listed as follows:(1) using SVD decomposition to realize projective reconstruction;(2) realizing camera self-calibration by solving Kruppa's equation;(3) recovering Euclidean reconstruction from projective reconstruction. Depending on only two images, the main researches are:(1) making out infinite plane homography matrix by using scene structure information, then recovering affine reconstruction from projective reconstruction;(2) making out the absolute conic images by using scene structure information, and then recovering Euclidean reconstruction from projective reconstruction.

在第一部分中，针对三幅及三幅以上的图像，主要研究：①利用矩阵奇异值分解实现射影重构，②通过求解Kruppa方程实现摄像机自标定，③由射影重构恢复欧氏重构；针对只有两幅图像的情况，主要研究：①利用场景结构信息求解无穷远平面的单应矩阵，由射影重构恢复仿射重构，②利用场景结构信息求解绝对二次曲线的像，由仿射重构恢复欧氏重构。

In this paper, multivariate Lagrange interpolation problems are systemically discussed,and through amending Cramer Strange Proposition and proving interpolation theory, the geometry construction of the properly posed sets of nodes along the plane algebraic curve is studied, at the same time, a number of practical constructing methods are given.

本文系统阐述了多元Lagrange插值问题，通过修正Cramer奇论并用插值法加以证明，进一步对沿平面代数曲线插值唯一可解点组的几何结构进行深入的研究，同时得到了一些实用性较强的构造方法。

Based on the laminate theory, a laminate weakened by damage is treated as an anisotropic thin plate. Using the complex potential method in the plane theory of elasticity of an anisotropic body, the series solution of finite anisotropic thin plate containing an elliptical inclusion is proposed with the help of Faber series. A hybrid element with an elliptical inclusion for anisotropic materials is obtained by using the hybrid variable principle, and the element efficiency is verified by numerical examples. The state of the damage is modeled by an elliptical soft inclusion, and using the point stress criterion based on characteristic curve and Yamada-Sun etc. criteria, the prediction of the strength of a composite laminate with damage is set up. The effects of various parameters on the stress distribution and the residual strength of a composite laminate weakened by damage are detailedly studied.

首先基于经典层板理论，将复合材料层板的弹性问题化归为均匀各向异性板来求解；采用各向异性体平面弹性理论中的复势方法，以Faber级数为工具，给出了有限大含椭圆核各向异性板弹性问题的级数解形式；利用杂交变分原理，成功导出含椭圆核各向异性板杂交应力有限元，并用算例验证了该单元的可行性和有效性；采用含刚度折减椭圆形弹性核的冲击损伤模型，引入基于特征曲线和Yamada-Sun破坏准则的点应力判据，建立了含损伤复合材料层板剩余强度的分析方法；通过数值计算详细讨论了各种几何参数对损伤层板应力分布、剩余强度的影响，得到了一系列对工程应用具有实用价值的结论。

Materials and Methods:236 pathology-confirmed breast lesions(155 malignanty,81 benignancy) and 221 disease-free contralateral breast tissues were examined using EPI-DWIb values=0,1000 s/mm~2TR/TE=8400ms/93.8ms; FOV=30×30cm;matrix=128×128;ASSET=2,slice thickness=4mm.DCE-MR imaging was also performed for accurate location of the lesion using VIBRANT sequence.The mean ADC values of malignant and benign lesions and the disease-flee contralateral breast tissues were calculated from the ADC map for each patient.One-way analysis of variance was applied to compare the mean ADCs of malignant lesions with benign lesions and disease-flee contralateral breast tissues.The threshold ADC value for malignant lesion was determined using a receiver operating characteristic(ROC curve analysis.Each lesion was classified into two major types:mass and non-mass lesion.The diagnostic performance of DWI was compared in breast mass and non-mass lesions.Results:155 malignant and 81 benign lesions were confirmed in 236 lesions.

材料与方法：搜集术前行乳腺MR检查并经穿刺或手术病理证实的236例乳腺病变，以对侧正常乳腺腺体作为正常对照，采用横轴位的平面回波-扩散加权成像序列，TR=8400ms，TE=93.8ms，层厚=4mm，激励次数=2：视野=30×30cm，矩阵=128×128，ASSET=2，b值=0和1000s/mm~2；参考动态增强图像准确定位，测量病变区和对侧正常乳腺腺体的ADC值，应用t检验比较良、恶性病变及正常腺体ADC值的差异，采用接收者工作特征曲线(receiver operating characteristic curve，ROC)确定良恶性病变的ADC界值；根据BI-RADS MRI将乳腺病变按照形态学表现分为肿块性病变和非肿块性病变两组，比较ADC值在肿块和非肿块性病变中定性诊断的效能。

Expansions in orthogonal functions is used to solve the Orr-Sommerfeld equation in studies of the linear stability of parallel flow.
