平衡法

The paper analyses material transportation problem and give the solvable methods; analyses delivery vehicle route problem, and then construct its corresponding mathematical model and present a heuristic algorithm based on C—W algorithm; analyses the optimum scheduling problem of trucks, and then construct its corresponding mathematical model and put forward a new algorithm; analyses the Postal Transportation Problem which will perhaps be used in supply chain of manufacturing system, and then construct its corresponding mathematical model and present an approximation algorithm.

分析了制造系统供应链中供需平衡、供需不平衡、有转运等各种情况下的物资调运问题，给出了求解方法；分析了制造系统供应链配送作业中的配送车辆路线问题，建立了相应的数学模型，提出了一种基于C-W算法的启发式算法，该算法较好地解决了有时间约束的配送问题；分析了制造系统供应链中的货运卡车优化调度问题，建立了相应的数学模型，提出了一种基于表上作业法的求解算法；分析了制造系统供应链中有潜在利用价值的邮政运输方式问题，在详细描述了该问题的基础上，建立了相应的数学模型，提出了一种近似求解算法，该算法较好地解决了邮政运输方式这样的多种物流、多种运输方式，有严格时限和众多外部约束的特大型、复杂、并行的交连系统的计划调度问题。

The study methods: Based on digital printing and offset printing technology principle, the basic parameters having effect on the ink-jet printing output quality were analyzed. And the mathematics models between the ink quantity and the solid density, and the relation between the gamma and printing contrast were established. The relation among the output dot area coverage, the original dot area coverage and the dot-gain percent was analyzed. And the mathematics models of printing characteristics curves and dot-gain curves were established. The factors influencing the dot-gain were analyzed, and then the dot-gain compensation function was acquired. All the models were verified by the method of regression analysis. And the precisions of the models were obtained by the correlation coefficient and multiple correlation coefficients.

研究方法：根据数码印刷以及胶版印刷的工艺原理，分析了影响喷墨印刷输出质量的基本参数，建立墨量与样张实地密度、γ与相对反差的数学模型；分析输出网点面积率、标定网点面积率以及网点扩大率三者之间的关系，建立网点扩大曲线和印刷阶调复制曲线的数学模型，并对网点扩大的影响因素进行了分析，导出了网点扩大补偿函数；运用回归分析方法分析模型，并用相关系数和复相关系数检验回归模型的显著性；使用灰平衡方程，结合回归法得出灰平衡控制曲线。

In the computer simulation aspect, following work has been down:At first, the Wolfgang Schreiner's model is employed and extended to a new computer arteriole optimal growing model. Many new algorithms are described, such as signal tracing, resistance calculating, resistance balancing and flow balancing. With these algorithms and methods, the arteriole networks can be grown successfully on microcomputer.Secondly, a growing-network ordering method, which is called auto-centripetal ordering method of the growing networks, can be employed to order the growing networks to calculate the average parameters of the networks in level series.
