Calcium carbonate and soluble glass and so on were confected as alkaline antifouling agent. The Infrared Spectrometry results showed that 2275-2250 cm~(-1) diagnostic absorb wave crest in part A and 3390-3200 cm~(-1) in part B and 1730 cm~(-1) in coating film strongly proved polymers reacted just as the reacting mechanism, that means polysiloxane which offer low-surface-energy property linked Polyurethane system by —OH groups reacting with —NCO groups. Relative molar mass of part A and part B was determined by Gel Permeation Chromatography and the results were appropriate. Surface-energy was determined and results were between 33.6-47.17 mN/m and it increased when alkaline antifouling agent was put into the coating. Alkaline antifouling agent was releasing steadily when the coating film was dipped in seawater. As time gone, the pH value of seawater was increasing. Solubility parameter and results showed that there was no corrasive phenomenon between the polyethylene strand and the coating.

红外光谱分析结果表明，出现在A组分中的2275～2250cm~(-1)处的异氰酸酯特征吸收峰、B组分中的3390～3200cm~(-1)处硅羟基的特征吸收峰及出现在固化后涂膜中的1730cm~(-1)处氨基甲酸酯基团的特征吸收峰证明了涂料成膜物质交联固化符合本文的设计要求，即赋予涂膜低表面能特性的有机硅组分通过—OH基团与—NCO基团的反应已经链接到聚氨酯体系中；凝胶渗透色谱结果表明，成膜物质的A、B组分均为低分子量，符合预聚物的要求；涂膜表面能的测算结果表明，涂膜的表面能在33.6～47.17mN／m之间；加入碱式防污剂后涂膜的表面能略有升高；碱式防污剂的释放平稳，随着涂膜在海水中浸泡时间的增长，pH值有增加的趋势；用溶解度参数原则来评价涂料与网绳的涂装，结果表明，本试验研制的防污涂料对聚乙烯网绳无溶蚀作用。

Dynamic reliability under Littlewood-Paley wavelet is the biggest, dynamic reliability under modified meyerwavelet and harmonic wavelet are close. Analyzing the dynamic reliability of structure under odd exponent wavelet is very simple, it doesn't calculate Power Spectral Density function integral, it is only to calculate the square of displacement standard deviation and the square of velocity, then the dynamic reliability of structure can be concluded by max distribution. In addition the effects of upper limit is considered, when upper limit is smaller, the dynamic reliability of structure is less, that is, the damage possibility is bigger.

通过结构地震反应在小波基下的动力可靠性分析说明：无论是单自由度还是多自由度从理论上推导在这四种小波下的结构动力可靠性是可行的，而且考虑的结构地震反应都是非平稳的高斯过程，方法实现也比较容易；在Littlewood—Paley小波基下求得的结构的动力可靠度比较大，由改造的meyer小波和谐波小波求得的动力可靠度略有差异；单边指数小波下的结构动力可靠性分析非常简单，不用求功率谱函数来积分，只需求得结构地震反应的位移方差，速度方差，利用最大值分布公式就可得到结构的动力可靠时程；另外也考虑了超越界限对结构动力可靠度的影响，超越界限越小，结构的动力可靠度越小，即破坏概率越大。

In this paper, total logistics amounts are chosen as evaluation index, and artificial time series are designed to solve the shortness of statistical data in Chinese logistics. Spectrum estimation theory depicts time characteristics in frequency domain thus has such benefit than time domain methods. This paper evaluates the period of Chinese logistics using spectrum estimation. Stationarity of artificial series is verified, parameter sensitivity of truncation point is analyzed, six periods with different delay window are compared, and significance of period evaluated is tested.

中国物流统计数据缺乏，客观上限制了对其周期规律的研究，本文选取社会物流总额作为测度指标，设计了一种人工序列，解决了统计数据过短问题；谱估计法从频域角度揭示客观事物的时间特性，在研究时间序列周期波动方面具有时域分析法所不具备的优势，作者采用谱估计法对中国物流发展周期进行测定，检验了指标序列平稳性，分析了截断点参数灵敏度，比较了6种不同滞后窗下周期值，并检验了所测得周期的显著性。

It is proved that the physical dimension of the planetary gear train, bodywork center position and attachment coefficient are the key effect factors. The driven moment, velocity and normal pressure sharply increased as each wheel surmounting obstacles, but they were moderate after the front wheel came over the obstacles. Another weaker pulse occurred when the rear wheel began climbing, and then the parameters reached a plateau.

With An annual electron beam of voltage 500kV, and current 3kA, average output microwave power 455MW and peak power 1.3GM is observed, bandwidth is 60MHz, the efficiency is 30.3%, the gain is about 36.8dB.and the frequency is 2.85GHz, The amplitude and phase of output microwave is stable.

最后运用上面所得出的一系列理论及模拟方法，分别对相对论速调管的注入腔、聚束腔和输出腔的工作特性进行了详细的分析和优化设计，我们采用3kA和500kV的环形强流相对论电子束，最后得到了工作频率为2.85GHz、饱和增益为36.8dB、效率为30.3％、带宽大约60MHz、平均功率为455MW，峰值功率可达1.3GW的微波输出的相对论速调管，输出微波的幅值平稳，相位稳定。
