以完全培养液平皿法细胞培养为对照组，设2个实验组进行聚己内酯囊管化骨髓间充质干细胞移植细胞活性研究。两个实验组分别以完全培养液和基础培养液悬浮细胞后封装移植，囊管内细胞回收后以细胞计数、MTT法、CCK-8法测定细胞的活性，共8天，进行生长曲线分析。

将与平皿同样大小的铁板均匀的焊七个短细钢针，再用同样大小的铁板钻七个小孔与之对应，分别焊2个柄焊成剪子或钳子的结构，使用时先高压灭菌，然后将所选药敏纸片插到钢钉上，将铁片和培养皿对齐，用手一捏纸片落入培养皿内，用无菌镊子稍压即可。

本实验以采集自越南以及我国的云南、河北、陕西各地的土样和各种树皮、腐木作为实验材料，利用兔、羊粪球和滤纸作为基质诱导出多种颜色丰富、形态多样的粘细菌子实体，采用本实验室摸索出的较为有效的纯化粘细菌的方法，在实验器材上用24孔细胞培养板代替传统的平皿，有效地缩短了粘细菌的纯化周期，提高了分离纯化的效率。

Endophtic bacteria strains were isolated from healthy tobaccos from heavy disease plots in Yongzhou, Ningxiang and Liuyang. By Laboratory dual culture test, seventeen actinomycetes to Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae were screened.

同时在湖南永州、浏阳和宁乡等地发病重的田块采集健株共分离到内生细菌120株，经室内平皿对峙培养法测定，其中8株内生细菌菌株在室内有较强的拮抗作用。
