The main work and the originality points of this dissertation could be concluded as the following parts:(1) To analyze systematically the mathematical model of LES of air flow in great space, under the case of isothermal and non-isothermal, as well as the combined action of buoyancy and strain. Some basic problems are studied about the LES application into airflow simulation of great space, such as boundary conditions, spatial difference scheme and time advancing scheme, time step etc., which creates the basis for the LES application to indoor airflow simulation.(2) Both the instantaneous and time averaged flow field of great space with multiple jets under isothermal and non-isothermal cases are explored with large eddy simulation method, and also discussed the dynamic characteristics and the law of fluidflow in the great space.(3) Based on the results of LES of the great space and the Fanger thermal comfort indexes, it is brought forward the concept of the series of dynamic thermal comfort evaluating indexes, which could be divided into thermal comfort index with time averaged properties PD, PPD, PMV, thermal comfort index with instantaneous properties IPD, IPPD, IPMV, and time averaged thermal comfort indexes TAPD, TAPPD, TAPMV, and transient situations time averaged thermal comfort indexes TTAPD, TTAPPD, TTAPMV. The differences among them and the calculation methods are discussed, and the four kinds of indexes are calculated with the thermal comfort index PD as an example.(4) Based on the LES results it is discussed the hot air stratification phenomena in air-conditioned buildings in the case with air supply and return registers on the ceiling and the case on the sidewall. The fundamentals of the hot air stratification are studied and the relations of estimating hot air stratification are brought forward.(5) With the advanced apparatus such as hot wire film anemometer IFA300 and laser particle field anemoscope, corresponding model test and site measurements have been done, which are compared with the simulation results and LES is proved a very promising method in air flow simulation indoor.

本文主要工作既创新点体现在以下几个方面：(1)系统分析了等温、非等温和考虑剪切力与浮升力综合作用的高大空间大涡模拟数学模型，并研究了高大空间大涡模拟在室内气流仿真应用中的一些基本问题，如边界条件、空间离散格式和时间推进格式、时间步长选择等问题，为大涡模拟在室内气流计算中的广泛应用打下了基础；(2)首次用大涡模拟方法研究了高雷诺数下高大空间多射流在等温、非等温情况下的瞬时流场和时均流场分布，并探讨了多射流流场的动态特性和流动规律；(3)基于大涡模拟的动态仿真结果和Fanger的热舒适指标，首次系统地提出了动态热舒适评价指标体系的概念：即基于时间平均参数的热舒适指标PD、PPD、PMV；基于瞬时参数的瞬时热指标IPD、IPPD、IPMV；基于时间平均热舒适指标TAPD、TAPPD、TAPMV；以及沿行动迹线的时间平均热舒适指标TTAPD、TTAPPD、TTAPMV，并分析了四类热舒适指标的差异性和计算方法，还以PD值为例对四类指标分别进行了计算；(4)基于数十种工况下空调房间大涡模拟的结果，研究了空调建筑上送上回和侧送侧回两种情况下热分层现象，并探讨了热分层的基本规律，首次提出了避免热分层现象的判断公式；(5)在暖通空调领域，首次使用IFA300热线风速仪、激光粒子速度场仪等先进设备，完成了与大涡模拟相对应的模型试验，并把实测结果与仿真结果进行了对比，说明LES在室内气流仿真方面是一种很有前景的方法。

According to the statistical regression, the average acceleration response spectra of the elect earthquake records are satisfied with the standard response spectrum by new code. 通过统计回归发现，地震动加速度平均反应谱能较好地拟合规范设计反应谱，而地震动位移谱平均值+1 倍标准差能较好地拟合规范拟位移谱；②对依据屈服强度系数计算弹塑性需求谱和依据等效阻尼比计算等效弹塑性需求谱的方法进行了对比。

Results of electronic microscope: Under the electronic microscope,lamellar body and cellular organs such as bioblast in endochylema of thethree treatment groups were more common than of the control group,especially in the 3-days dexamethasone group.

The result shows that the technical style of our athletes used is that stride length is shorter and stride frequency is larger,the buckjump time of our players is located at the floor level of the foul limit,the knee angel is unwind from touchdown on upright phase,in the sprint phase,the kneel angel is blurry from touchdown to upright phase,the uprightness displacement of body center and vertex are higher than the international athletes, this since stretching to leave a ground of opportune moment to be partial to early and making an effort action insufficiency with leg driving of the ankle joint relevantly, also with the leg put of front stretch is not enough active at the touchdown ground moment.

结果表明，我国运动员在后半程中，运用的是步长较短，步频较快的技术风格；腾空时间总体上处于犯规时限的下限，膝关节从着地瞬间直至垂直支撑面保持了可见的伸直状态，但在最后冲刺阶段，膝角出现了模糊伸直过程；身体重心垂直位移、头顶位置上下起伏均高于世界优秀运动员平均水平，这既与踝关节后蹬伸展离地时机偏早、用力动作不充分有关，也与着地瞬间摆动腿前摆后的前伸着地动作不够积极有关。

在转型期间，添加活性干酵母和糖化酶，可以大大缩短转型期，在生产中添加活性干酵母，可以使主发酵期缩短2~5d，糟醅发酵更彻底，出酒率平均提高3.33%，同时，使酒中己酸乙酯平均提高500~800mg/L，酒质提2~3分，基酒具有很突出的浓香型主体香特征，特别是在度夏醅中使用，可以降低酒醅中的酸度，有效地防止掉排现象。

The average concentrations of Cr, Cd and Pb in ectoskeleton, liver, and muscle were 4.03, 0.12 and 12.31 μgg^(-1), 3.88, 1.04 and 9.12 μgg^(-1), and 4.16, 0.09 and 0.72 μgg^(-1), respectively. Among the three test sites, there existed significant differences in the enrichment of Cr in ectoskeleton and muscle, and of Cr, Cd and Pb in liver. The enrichment of test heavy metals had no notable correlation with the body mass of P. clarkia, and no significant difference was found in the enrichment of the heavy metals between female and male individuals.

外骨骼中Cr、Cd、Pb的平均含量分别为4.03、0.12和12.31μgg^(-1)，合肥市、肥西、肥东三地之间除Cr的富集量差异极显著外，其他2种重金属的富集量差异都不显著；肝脏中Cr、Cd、Pb的平均含量分别为3.88、1.04和9.12μgg^(-1)，3个地区重金属的富集量的差异都极其显著；肌肉中Cr、Cd、Pb的平均含量分别为4.16、0.09和0.72μgg^(-1)，3个地区除重金属Cr的富集量差异极显著外，Cd和Pb的差异都不显著。3种重金属污染物的富集量与体质量没有明显的相关性。3种重金属在雌雄个体之间的富集差异不显著。

The experimental results show that the mean particle size of griseofulvin precipitated by RESS is smaller than 1, 0μm, narrow distribution and 95％ fine particles is smaller than 1. 0μm. Increase of the pre-expansion pressure, the extraction temperature, the expansion chamber temperature, the spraying distance, the concentration of cosolvent and decrease of the nozzle diameter resulted in decrease of the particle size under the operating condition studied. Enhancement of the pre-expansion temperature resulted in increase of the particles size. The SEM of GF shows that the shape of original is atactic and a wide size distribution, but the microparticles obtained by RESS is reverse. Similar melting points and XRD patterns were observed for the original material and the precipitates obtained by RESS.

实验结果表明，用含夹带剂的RESS法制备的灰黄霉素微粒的平均直径在1μm左右，且分布均匀，95％微粒在1μm以下，仅用CO〓作为超临界流体制备的微粒与上述方法制备的微粒的平均直径和分布相似，只是产量太低，而用机械法制备的微粒平均直径在3μm左右且分布较宽；不同的过程参数对沉析微粒尺寸有不同的影响，预膨胀压力、膨胀室温度、溶解温度以及夹带剂浓度的提高或增大，均可使沉析微粒的直径变小；预膨胀温度提高，所得微粒的直径变大；喷射距离的增加，沉析微粒的直径变小；喷嘴直径越小，由此制得的微粒的直径就越小；根据实验结果还可知道，通过理论计算的马赫盘处微粒的直径可以较好地估计出膨胀室中收集到的微粒的直径。

Treatment of spinal tuberculosis1methods between february 1998 and august 2000 , 12 patients with spinal tuberculosis were operated with anterior vertebrectomy , bone grafting and plating1 evaluation including bone fusionrate , correction of deformity and status of spinal lesion was carried out1results in an average of ten months ,spinal tuberculosis was completely cured and solid bone fusion had taken place in all 12 patients1 the time for bone fusion averaged 518 months and the average angle of correction of kyphosis was 16°1conclusions anterior plating following vertebrectomy and bone grafting offers a complete removal of lesion and decompression of the spinal canal as well as reconstruction of spinal stability1 early rehabilitation and an increased curative rate can be expected through this procedure1

目的 探讨经脊柱前路结核病灶清除的同时植骨内固定的可行性和必要性，以及对脊柱结核的治疗效果。方法1998 年2月~2000 年8 月采用脊柱前路病椎切除加植骨，并采用orion或z-plate 钢板进行椎体固定。共治疗12 例脊柱结核，观察植骨融合及矫正畸形情况和结核病灶愈合情况。结果经平均10 个月的随访，12 例患者脊柱结核均治愈，植骨与受骨区全部骨性融合，融合时间平均为518 个月，后凸矫正角度平均16°。全组病例切口均一期愈合。无手术并发症。结论本方法可经脊柱前路作较彻底的病灶清除，并较好地进行脊柱矫形和椎管减压，完成脊柱稳定性重建，有利于患者早期离床活动和脊柱结核治愈率的提高。

In Chapter 2, the introduction of the dynamical models is presented, furthermore, on the basis of analyzing perturbation factors there are two dynamical models fit for the motion situation of the NEAs, which are imported as the restricted authentic particle model and the restricted mean particle model (with respect to the treatment of the orbits of the perturbing major planets) that the Post-Newtonian effect is also taken into account, while for the latter the influence of the 5/2 (or 2/5) resonant items of the interaction between the Jupiter and the Saturn is considered.

第二章是关于力学模型的介绍，在分析摄动因素的基础上，引入了近地小行星运动中比较合适两种力学模型，即限制性质点真实模型与限制性质点平均模型(这一平均指的是对摄动源大行星轨道的处理)，在两种模型中均考虑了后牛顿效应，另外在平均模型中还考虑了木星与土星之间的5/2(2/5)共振项的影响。
