In the present work,Cu nanoparticles with an average size of 20-50 nm were dispersed in diesel fuel oil . A injection pump plunger was in-situ repaired on a 12PSDB75 fuel injection pump by applying auto-reconditioning function of Cu nanoparticles. Mophologies and typicle element distributions of the plunger piston surface before and after repair were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy.

将平均粒径为20~50nm的铜粉均匀分散到柴油中，在12PSDB75型喷油泵试验台上利用纳米铜微粒的磨损自修复性能，在不拆卸零件的情况下对磨损失效的喷油泵柱塞偶件进行了原位修复，利用扫描电镜、能谱仪等对修复前后柱塞表面进行了形貌与微区成分分析。
