Based on platform structural design parameters, simulation research of load coupling among channels for fighting simulation Stewart platform was achieved by using load couping evaluation indexes, and the experimental validation of fighting simulation Stewart platform test prototype was done, which proved the validity and rationality of the load coupling evaluation indexes.

基于平台结构设计参数，运用负载交联耦合评价指标，对飞行模拟Stewart平台通道间负载交联耦合进行了仿真研究，并用飞行模拟Stewart平台试验样机进行了试验验证，证明了负载交联辐合评价指标的有效性和合理性。

2Spatial learning and memory:In the cued condition, the avoidance latency in the colzapine-exposed group was significantly shorter than the control group in the block 2(p.05),however there is no difference on block 3 between two groups;In the place condition,the clozapine-exposed group prrferred to finding the submerged platform in the serial blocks(P.01);in reversal condition,the filial rats exposed the clozapine had no advantage on finding out the submerged platform in block2,3,4 except of the block l(p.01),the further statistic analysis reminded that it is just the first trial that the filial rats in clozapine-exposed group had the advantage to find out the submerged platform in reversal condition (F=4.86, PO.01).it isimplicated that the clozapine exposed in the gestation lead to the improvement on the acquiry and consolidation.however the acquired memory seems not to be maintained.

To realize that, the thesis studies the PHS short message gateway protocol in detail which is the protocol to connect short message sending systems with the PHS short message gateway. The thesis also studies the client programming package which is based on SMGP and provided by the short message gateway. Using the API interface functions of this client programming package and the multiple thread mechanism, the key module — short message receiving and sending module is implemented.

为此本文详细研究了用于短消息平台接入的小灵通短消息网关通信协议和短消息网关提供的用于短消息平台开发的基于SMGP协议的客户端开发包，利用这个客户端开发包的API接口函数，并运用多线程机制，编程实现了这个短消息平台的关键模块——短消息收发模块。

This dissertation fistly introduces appearance, definition, development process, functions and status of MES, also analyses methods and existent problems of MES production scheduling; as follow, in the background of CY_MES (a enterprise's Manufacturing Execution System), introduces main function and buildup of its support platform– SIMATIC IT, and whole structure of CY_MES; afterwards, for special production instance of the enterprise, designs production scheduling system software structure, function structure, data structure of order and entry and realization of silk production and packing production scheduling based on SIMATIC IT; finally, after contrast of many modeling methods and careful research of silk production flow of the enterprise, selects Petri net to model the silk production scheduling, for the sake of avoiding many error chromosomes, improves on the basic genetic algorithm, uses sigle unit genetic algorithm to optimize the Petri net model, lists the contrast of scheduling results.

本文首先介绍了MES的产生、定义、发展历程、功能及其发展现状，同时也分析了MES生产调度问题的各种解决方法及其存在的问题；接着以CY_MES为背景介绍了其支撑平台——SIMATIC IT平台的功能及其各组成部分，以及CY_MES的SIMATIC IT整体解决方案；紧接着在SIMATIC IT平台基础上，针对该烟厂的生产实际情况，设计了CY_MES生产调度系统的软件结构、功能结构、工单和子工单的数据结构和制丝与卷包生产调度的实现方式；最后，在比较了各种生产调度建模方法的利弊和对该烟厂制丝生产工艺流程深入研究后，利用Petri网建立了制丝生产调度模型，为了避免大量无效个体的出现，对基本遗传算法进行了改进，采用单个体遗传算法对这个Petri网模型进行了优化，并给出了调度结果的对比。
