Were investigated in pot culture under three water treatments: well watered , middle drought treatment and serious drought treatment .The contents of malondialdehyde and soluble sugar, superoxide dismutase, catalase, peroxide dismutase, polyphone oxidase and ascorbic acid peroxidase activities were compared between plants infected with Glomus mosseae and those not infected (Non-AM plants) at different water-treatments.

试验设置正常浇水、中度干旱和重度干旱3个水分处理水平，比较不同水分条件下接种Glomus mosseae的三叶鬼针草植株与未接种植株的丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、抗坏血酸过氧化酶、过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶活性。

By studying effects of different drip irrigation patterns of root zone and watering treatments on young apple tree growth and root hydraulic conductivity, it shows that there is a positive correlation between root hydraulic conductivity and root dry mass and water potential.

在果树分布较多的干旱半干旱地区，农田水分和养分与盐分胁迫并存，对果树的生长产生很大的影响，研究控制性分根交替灌溉和环境因素对苹果幼树水分传输的影响对于丰富果树水分传输理论以及节水调控机制具有重要的理论和实际意义。

The results showed that Leymus chinensis from different region adapted to the different characteristics in the drought.That main displayed the number and length of the prickle hairs.Bulliform cell reduced with the extent of drought.

In order to study the effect of N levels on growth of summer maize under different drought degrees, a field experiment was carried out under rainproof sheds. There were seven drought treatments in which soil drying lasted 0,7,12,17,22,27,32 days and three N levels including N 0,140,280 kg/ha in this experiment.

The results suggested that properly increasing fertilizer amount is conducive to photosynthetic system recovery and water use efficiency increasing of winter wheat which are rewaterd after moderate drought stress at regreen stage.

结果提示了，冬小麦返青期中度干旱胁迫条件下，适量增施底肥有利于复水后光合系统的恢复和单叶WUE的提高，而在重度干旱胁迫条件下应适当减少基肥的施入量。

The results indicated that:(1) plant height and tillering number decreased, and root length, root surface area, root volume and rootlet number increased under drought stress; straw mulched on surface soil and pig manure mixed in soil could improve the growth and morphological property of rice root, while straw mixed in soil and pig manure mulching had no significant effects;(2) the contents of chlorophylls and the activities of SOD, POD and CAT decreased significantly under drought stress, and straw mulching on surface soil and pig manure mixed in soil could restrain these decreases.

结果表明：①干旱胁迫下水稻株高降低、分蘖数减少，根系则表现出主根伸长、支根增多、根表面积和根体积增加；秸秆表施和猪粪混施可明显改善水稻的生长和根系形态，而秸秆混施和猪粪表施的改善作用不显著；②干旱胁迫下叶片叶绿素含量显著降低，超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶及过氧化氢酶活性均显著下降，秸秆表施和猪粪混施能够在一定程度上抑制这种下降幅度。

Based on the tentatively study on vaporing-drift loss of spray irrigation in Maowusu sandlot,we draw a conclusion that wind speed and the relative humidity of air are the important factors to influnce loss of spray irrigation in there.

Under different stresses, we tested the expression of citrate synthase gene in rapeseed leaf by using semi-quantitative PCR. The expression of citrate synthase gene had no obvious change in stresses of salt, dark, high illumination, while was increased at different time in treatments of water logging, drought, IAA, and 6-BA. Interestingly the effect of ABA was contrary to that of IAA. In the treatment of sclerotium blight, the expression of citrate synthase gene was depressed. There was a saddle curve of citrate synthase gene expression in the treatment of gibberellin.

对油菜幼苗进行植物生长调节物质、高温和低温、强光照和弱光照、盐、菌核病、干旱和水渍等处理，采用半定量PCR法对油菜叶片柠檬酸合酶基因的表达模式进行检测，发现在盐胁迫、暗光和强光的处理下，柠檬酸合酶基因的表达基本没有变化；在水渍、干旱、IAA和6-BA胁迫下，其表达有所升高，但出现峰值的时间不同，ABA对表达模式的影响与IAA相反，感染菌核病后其表达降低；对GA3的应答呈鞍型。
