This paper introduces the basic theory to develop coalbed methane reservoir. It compares coalbed methane reservoir with conventional natural gas reservoir on geology and production characteristics, and explains the storage and migration mechanism in detail. And it also provides a set of new integrated mathematics, numerical model for the simulation of degasification process from coalbed seams. At last, it presents a significant computer software corresponding with the model.

为此，本文从煤层甲烷的开发基础入手，对煤层气藏与常规天然气藏储集特征和开采特征进行了综合对比分析研究；通过对煤层气藏的赋存、运移机理的深入研究，首次建立了一套完整的煤层甲烷运移的数学模型、数值模型，并研制开发了相应的计算机模拟模型，创造性地建立了一套煤层甲烷气藏开发动态评价和预测的理论和方法，对煤层气藏的开发具有重要的实际意义和重要的指导作用。

objective to evaluate the value of infrared thermography in the diagnosis of injuries in such soft tissues as neck,shoulder,waist,leg,elbow and wrist.methods infrared thermograph (type wp-95) was used to do general physical check up for 221 young soldiers with a regular military training history ranging from 1 to 5 years,whose infrared thermograms were then compared with those of 100 new recruits without any military training experience.results there were abnormal thermograms on 180 (81.45%) of the 221 cases and 6 (6%) of the 100 new recruits （p.05.all of the 186 cases with abnormal thermograms were x-rayed with only 28 cases(i.e.15.05%) abnormal.there was a distinct difference between the two methods of physical check-up (p.05).conclusion infrared thermography manifests distinctive abnormal thermograms of soft tissue injuries suffered from military training,providing definite diagnostic message for clinic.to utilize infrared thermography correctly is of vital importance in ensuring the health of servicemen.

目的 探讨软组织损伤颈、肩、腰、腿、肘、腕红外热像图的诊断价值。方法应用wp-95型红外热像仪，对221例常规军事训练1～5年的年轻干部及战士进行红外热像仪的全身检查，并与刚入伍未参加训练的新兵100例进行对照。结果 221例经红外热像图检查发现颈、肩、腰、肘、腕出现异常热像图的有180例，占81.45%；而100例新战士仅有6例颈、肩、腰、肘、腕出现异常热像图，占6.00%，两者比较差异有显著性（p＜0.05）。186例异常热像图受检者全部做x线摄片检查，x线摄片异常者仅28例，占15.05%，两者检查比较差异有显著性（p.05）。结论红外热像图对军事训练所致软组织损伤有其独特的异常热像图，为临床提供明确的诊断信息，正确的使用红外热像图，对保证部队广大指战员的健康水平有着重要作用。

objective:to investigate the therapeutic action of somatostatin in pancreatic leakage after pancreaticoduodenectomy.methods: to collect 100 patients with pancreaticoduodenectomy during 2003～2006,contrast 44 patients use somatostatin after pancreaticoduodenectomy as experimental group,and 56 patients with conventional therapy as control group.results:there were no pancreatic leakage case in the modified group of 44 cases.3 cases complicating pancreatic leakage occurd in control group,and the proportion of pancreatic leakage are different examined by statistic mathord.conclusions:use somatostatin after pd can restrain organism excrete diastase vera,and help anastomotic stoma to concrescent and decrease pancreatic leakage;pancreatic leakage should be treated by different grades,grade 1 can be cured by persistent drainage with somatostatin and nutritional support;grade 2 should be pay more energetic intervention.

作者单位：潍坊医学院，潍坊 261042；潍坊市人民医院肝胆外科，潍坊 261042 目的：探讨生长抑素在胰十二指肠切除术后减少胰漏的作用。方法：收集2003年1月～2006年12月施行pd患者100例，术后应用生长抑素持续泵入病人44例，并与同期施行的pd术后常规应用全肠外营养及抗生素治疗病人56例，结果进行了对比观察。结果：实验组病人44例无1例发生胰漏，对照组56例病人，3例发生不同程度的胰漏，发生率5.3%，统计学比较有显著差异（p＜0.05）。结论： pd后应用生长抑素持续泵入可以抑制胰酶的作用，使胰肠吻合口较好地愈合，从而有效地减少胰漏的发生；胰漏可进行分级治疗，ⅰ级胰漏采用通畅引流为主，同时使用生长抑素和营养支持等治疗多可治愈，ⅱ级胰漏需要积极治疗。
