Methods "Beiao" bait and no "beiao" were selected to evaluate the feeding acceptability of SD rats in laboratory by select fooding method;after putting "beiao" in field for three and six monthes,the results for controlling rats by trap were recorded respectively;rats procreation and rate of infancy and manhood of catching rats from three fields("beiao" bait,Anti Cruor bait and naturalness) were analized by anatomised.

方法实验室采用常规毒饵适口性实验方法观察适口性，现场选择在农田、农户环境，于4次投放毒饵后检查鼠类对贝奥雄性不育剂的消耗水平，用贝奥雄性不育剂处理后3个月和6个月测定鼠密度，解剖观察成年鼠生殖能力，测量成幼年鼠的比例。

Author collected and read a great mount of materials about high performance ships, especially about the hydroelastic theory and its related theories, and on the basis of it author developed a kind of theory to analyze the fluid-structure interaction of hybrid catamaran in time domain. This theory could be applied not only for the hybrid aircushion-hydrofoil catamarans, but also for other traditional ships and marine structures.

The one carbon unit transfer reaction involving in the tetrahydrofolate coenzymes has caused great interest which is very important in the living system and has played an important role in the designing and syntheses compounds (especially the anti-cancer and LCD materials). In our study it was found that benzimidazolium salt has the ability to transfer one or two one-carbon unit and is a kind of new tetrahydrofolate coenzymes model. This research provides new method for biomimetic synthesis.

The author sums up and compares several kinds of sample digestion methods for ReOs isotope analysis (NiS fire assay, Carius tube digestion, high pressure asher, leaching, and water disposing), the procedures of separating Os ( conventional distillation, liquid Br2 and CCl4 or CHCl3 extraction, rapid extraction with low blank, minitype distillation) and purifying Os, improved mass spectrometry measurement of Os isotope and its application progress in the earth science research brought along the improved measuring method.

总结和对比了近年来ReOs同位素分析中样品分解的不同方法（NiS火试金法、Carius管溶样法、高压灰化消解法、浸提法、水样处理法）、Os的分离（常规蒸馏、液溴和CCl4提取、快速低本底提取、小型蒸馏）与纯化流程、Os同位素比值质谱测定法（NTIMS、ICPMS、微区原位分析）及随测定方法的改进ReOs同位素体系在地球科学研究中的应用进展。

Methods Cells were maintained in DMEM medium with 10% fetal bovine serum. Five days before the beginning of experiments, the cells were seeded in phenol red-free DMEM medium containing 5% charcoal dextran-treated FBS. The cells were harvested, and seeded in 6-well culture plates or in 75ml flacks. After NP, BisA and DBP treatments for 72h, the cells were harvested, and mRNA and protein expression of PCNA, bcl-2 and bax were detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction and immunohistochemistry, respectively.

方法］T47D细胞在含10%胎牛血清的DMEM培养液中进行常规传代培养，实验前将细胞转移至无酚红DMEM（含5%活性碳葡聚糖苷处理过的FBS）中继续培养5d，收集细胞，PBS洗涤后接种於内置盖玻片的6孔板或75ml培养瓶中，用32×10^(-7)mol/L NP、32×10^(-7)mol/L BisA及32×10^(-6)mol/L DBP对细胞分别处理72h，用半定量RT-PCR技术观察这3种化合物对核增殖抗原PCNA、bcl-2及bax mRNA表达的影响，并用免疫组化方法对结果进行验证。

本文主要分为三部分，第一部分为钠长石玉的性质，采用常规的宝石学方法对钠长石玉的物理性质以及结构构造进行研究，利用电子探针分析对其化学成分进行分析，并运用SPSS统计软件对其矿物成分的化学成分变化进行探讨；采用X粉晶衍射测定其晶胞参数，对钠长石玉中矿物组成的晶体结构进行研究，对长石的有序度进行分析，并对钠长石玉的成因进行探讨；上述方法彼此相互验证，以证实数据的可靠性。

To the nonlinear plants, the shortage of normal inverse control method for nonlinear plants is discussed in chapter 6. ANFIS is effectively applied to nonlinear inverse dynamic control system. A project about how to design nonlinear inverse dynamic controller is also discussed here. It effectively avoid the inherent imperfects in the normal inverse control methods. These methods show a great promise.
