方法选择2004年12月~2006年11月重症监护病房分离的凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌70株，常规细菌培养后，用Vitek32鉴定系统和16S rRNA基因测序进行分类，以AP IStaph系统为参照，比较2种鉴定方法的优势和不足。
