Methods:It patients of the acute soft tissue were randomly devided into two groups, who are acupotomy group and routine therapy group.The effect were evaluated before and after treatment by the data of pain, swelling , hematoma and ecchymosis of skin.

方法将16例患者随机分为针刀治疗组和常规方法治疗组（ n=8），分别进行针刀治疗和常规方法治疗，于治疗前后疼痛观察按视觉摸拟评分法评份，肿胀、血肿及皮肤瘀斑以肉眼观察和尺量记录，进行对比分析。

Control group were treated by urethral catheter indwell and were given conventional postoperative care.

We introduce the support vector machine to the selection operator, which increases the multiplicity of selection and increases the probability of the algorithm getting the overall optimal solution. Also, we use the adaptive probabilities of crossover and mutation in mixed GAs which enhances the efficiency of the algorithm. The result of tests about the system indicates that the improved genetic algorithm has more high convergence speed and better solution quality.
