目的：探讨奥氮平治疗脑器质性精神障碍的有效性和耐受性方法：对276例脑器质性精神障碍患者进行12周的奥氮平治疗，使用BPRS、TESS评定治疗效果，治疗后查血常规、尿常规、肝功能、肾功能、血糖、血脂、心肌酶、心电图、脑电图、胸透检查。

Result:(1)The CTDIw in low dose group was 34.9％ of the index in conventional dose group;(2) The image quality in low dose group mostly was better,but inferior to that in conventional dose group,and all images were qualitied for diagnosing.

结果：（1）低剂量扫描组的CTDIw吸收剂量仅相当于常规剂量的34.9％；（2）低剂量组图像质量以较好为主，较常规剂量组稍差，但未出现不合格图像，不影响诊断。
