Results there are 22 affected patients (10 males and 12 females with approximately equal sex ratio) and the mean age of onset was 16 years old.fifteen patients had positive family history.the major symptom experienced was itching.keratotic papules were invariably present in our patients and mixed pattern with seborrheic plus flexural involvement was the commonest phenotypic variation.all of them had acral signs; 36.36% patients had oral mucosal lesions.lesions were most frequently found on face,ears and back of ears,neck.focal acantholytic dyskeratosis with corps rounds and grains were the usual histopathological findings.

结果 22例患者中有女10例，男12例，男女比例基本相当。平均发病年龄16岁。其中15例有家族遗传史。主要的症状是瘙痒。多在皮脂溢出部位和屈侧皮肤可见油腻性角化性丘疹，且全部病例肢端受累，36.36%患者口腔有皮损。最常见部位依次为面部、耳部和耳后、颈部。局限性棘层松解性角化不良及其产生的圆体和谷粒是最常见的组织病理学改变。

Results Digestive disorder, elevated alanine transaminase and rash were the most common side effects of antiretrovirals, fatigue, loss of hair, sleep disorder, fat maldistribution, peripheral neuropathy and hypocytosis were also commonly seen, yet pancreatitis, color change of skin and lactic acidosis were seldom seen.

结果 消化道症状、血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶升高、皮疹为最常见的艾滋病抗病毒药物不良反应，疲倦、脱发、失眠、脂肪分布异常、四肢肢端麻木、血细胞减少为较常见的不良反应，而胰腺炎、皮肤色素沉着和乳酸性酸中毒则为较少见的艾滋病抗病毒药物不良反应。

RESULTS: A total of 45 eyes from 45 patients were treated with the Ahmed glaucoma valve implant and its combination surgery. At a mean follow up of 9.7 months (range3～18months), the mean intraocular pressure was reduced from 36.8±12.3mmHg before the implant surgery to 18.0±4.5mmHg at the last follow up after surgery. The success rate was 87%.The best postoperative corrected visual acuity improved 16 eyes(35%).Transient postoperative hypotony and shallow anterior chamber occurred in 20% of cases. The common postoperative complication in later was the formation of encapsulated bleb(13%).
