本文对基础转动结构、带TMD或TLD结构的高层建筑和高耸结构的平稳与非平稳随机风振响应、动力可靠性分析以及基于动力可靠性约束的优化设计方法进行了系统的研究，取得了以下成果：1、针对Davenport脉动风谱为非有理分式风谱，通过线性滤波过程和三参数拟合，生成了与Davenport风谱等效的脉动风谱。

It was found that there were some differences between the amplified bands of Liquidambar formosana which grew in the place of the altitudes from 100 m to 300 m and in the place of the higher altitudes from 400 m to 700 m, while there was no obvious difference among the amplified bands of Liquidambar formosana's samples (3 samples were from shade conditions and 3 from sunlight conditions) which were from the same altitude (710 m).

ABSTRACT: Random amplified polymorphic DNA was used in analysing the relationship among twenty-six speices of Amanita from Mangshan, Hunan. Of 40 primers, 6 ones generated reproducible RAPD profiles, and each one produced 1-10 bands. Two primers (OPG15 and OPH04) could differentiate 26 species of Amanita by its RAPD profiles. The similarity coefficients obtained from profiles generated by six primers among Amanita were about 20-60%. A dendrogram was constructed using average linkage clustering for clustering analysis. It indicated that there were two groups in 26 species and some species with ring and membranous volva clustered a group which coincided with morphological classification.

本文对采自湖南莽山的26种鹅膏菌属真菌进行了随机扩增多态性DNA分析，40个随机引物中筛选出扩增效果较好的6个引物，每个引物能产生1～10条DNA条带，获得的RAPD谱带清晰并呈现多态性OPG15、OPH04两个引物扩增的RAPD谱带能将26种鹅膏菌完全区分开来，通过6个引物的RAPD分析获得的平均相似性系数表明种与种之间的相关系数在20―60%之间，平均链锁聚类分析可将26种鹅膏菌分为二大类，且一些具菌环和苞状菌托的种类聚在一起，与形态分类基本相吻合。

These primer combinations produced a total of 1 119 bands, 229 specific loci (including 54 absent bands, and 175 monomorphic bands). Among them, 983 polymorphic bands, accounting for 88%, were detected. The percentage of identification per primer combination was as high as 100%. The average PPB of 14 foreign cultivars was 35.86% and the average PPB of seven domestic cultivars was 31.51%.

结果表明：8对引物共产生1 117条谱带， 229个特异位点（其中缺失带54条、单态带175条），多态带983条，多态带的比例为88%；每对引物鉴别效率为100%。14个国外银杏观赏品种平均多态带的比例35.86%，7个国内品种平均多态带的比例31.51%。21个观赏品种之间相似系数为0.4899～0.8499。

Lines of tunable output are obtained, the energy of 18 lines is more than 10 J. In the rapidly trigging experiment, the tunable outputs of two random lines among the whole CO2 laser spectrum and two adjacent lines in the same transition band are realized respectively in 60 ms and 20 ms.
