It can be inferred that there was an organization organ peculiarity for SOD in T. halophila in same stage.Studying of zymogram of isoxymes in T. halophila and A. thaliana, the POD isoxymes of T. halophila were unstable and different in special organ, the leaves of T. halophila in different developmental stage produced the same number but the different kinds of zymogram of isoxymes. It inferred that it was the way of halophyte plant that adjusted to the changes of environment. But the POD isoxymes of A. thaliana were stable and similar in special organ, and there were the same bands in different developmental stage.

对盐胁迫下盐芥和拟南芥同工酶谱带的比较可以看出，盐芥的POD同工酶在特定器官中并不具有高度的稳定性和相似性，不同的发育期盐芥叶片中产生相同数目但不同种类的同工酶谱带，即盐芥在不同的发育期具有不同的同工酶谱带，推测这种方式可能是盐生植物适应环境变化的方式之一；但拟南芥POD同工酶在特定器官中具有高度的稳定性和相似性，不同的发育期不同的组织器官内具有相同的谱带。

A series of theoretical and experimental studies on the microstrip patch antennas with dielectric superstrates is carried out systematically. Firstly, a comprehensive survey of the microstrip antenna technology and its theories are presented. Then, two analysis techniques, named as the spectral domain Green's function method and the spectral domain integral equation method are developed. The SDGF method is a simplified analysis technique, which takes advantage of the spectral domain immittance approach to find the dyadic Green's function for the stratified media, and obtains the complete closed-form formulas for radiation patterns, directivity, efficiency, gain etc. Some interesting calculated results are presented. The SDIE method is capable of determining resonant frequency, radiation characteristics, input impedance etc, for the covered microstrip patch antennas. Comparing with other full-wave analyses it reduced computation and mathematical labour remarkably. The singularities near the pole location of the surface-wave modes and the difficulty of the integral computation over infinite range of oscillating integrands are dealt with actively and documented well. Results predicted by the SDIE method agree extremely well with our experimental results for resonant frequencies of various superstrates. The superstrate effects on impedance and radiation characteristics also have been investigated experimentally so that the gap due to lack of measured data and computed results for multi-layered superstrate has been filled to some degrees and two useful observations have been achieved for weakening the resonant frequency shift and optimizing the microstrip antenna gain. As a meaningful application, the design and analysis of a 4×4 patch array are introduced.

The results of analysis on LDH isoenzyme spectrum showed that there were 2 spectrums in Beijing Fatty Chicken and Langshan Chicken, and 5 spectrums in Small-tailed Han Sheep. The result of analysis on MDH isoenzyme spectrum shows that there were 2 spectrums in all the three breeds, but mobility of Small-tailed Han Sheep was significant higher than the 2 poultry breeds.

The absorption spectrum center wavelength of dolomite is near 232 μm is shorter than 235 μm of limestone,and thus RBD7 and RBD8 can be employed effectively to identify dolomite and limestone,respectively. Felsic rocks show AlOH and Fe3+ absorption characteristics in the VNIRSWIR region,while the maficultramafic rocks show Fe2+ and Fe,MgOH absorption features,hence the use of different valence state of iron and secondary minerals can distinguish them:ASTER band2/band1 represent Fe3+ distribution,ASTER band2/band1 represent the Fe2+ distribution,RBD6 can estimate the AlOH mineral abundance. Psammitic/pelitic schist containing phengite,chlorite,stilpnomelane,as well as the weathered surface covered by clay minerals,exist characteristic absorption spectrum in the 221 μm(band 6),and has a high reflectance in 165 μm(band 4),while the blueschist/greenschist show high reflectance in the 221 μm(band 6),and it exit low reflectance in 165 μm(band 4),and blueschist/greenschist appear low ASTER band4/band6 ratio.

After experiments, we got some results as the following:1.Induced by semi-conductor laser, solid DNA changes as below: 1the deoxyribose-phosphate backbone vibrations in DNA decreasing, these bands are at 884~890cm~(-1),1112cm~(-1) and 1168cm~(-1). 2 deoxyribose and C-O stretch vibration in d increasing, there are new bands occurring at 1436cm~(-1) and 1072cm~(-1), the intensities of these bands at 1466cm~(-1) and 1030cm~(-1) increase.

通过实验研究，得到如下一些结论： 1、固体DNA经半导体激光器照射后，可以导致以下变化：(1)DNA中脱氧核糖磷酸主链振动减弱，包括在884～890cm~(-1)、1112cm~(-1)和1168cm~(-1)处的谱带；(2)脱氧核糖以及d中CO的伸缩振动增强，在1436cm~(-1)和1072cm~(-1)处出现了新的谱带，在1466cm~(-1)和1030cm~(-1)处的谱带强度增强；(3)各碱基的振动频率和相对强度都发生了很大的变化，碱基中羰基的伸缩振动显著增强，在1650cm~(-1)和1670cm~(-1)处出现了新的谱带，在1710cm~(-1)处的谱带强度显著增强。

The results indicate that the serpentine cat's-eye mainly consists of chrysotiles, which show the characteristic diffraction lines d(subscript 202, 006)=0.2446nm (I/I0=29) and d(subscript 202, 006)=0.2451nm (I/I0=27) in the XRD pattern; two absorption bands near 3600~3690cm^(-1) and three characteristic IR absorption bands around 960~1100cm^(-1) and one weak shoulder absorption band in the IR patterns.
