Our results demonstrate: The structures of the organs are normal, and the shapes of cells are clearly visible. There are lots of positive brown granules in Chief cells and Parietal cells in abomasum as well as the mucosa epithelial cells and gland cells of duodenum. Three bands with a molecular mass close to 120KDa、110KD and 98KDa were identified by Western Blot. The Ob-R levels of 120KDa in abomasum were significantly higher than that of in small intestine. The levels of 110KDa were similar in the two organs. The expression of 98KDa Ob-R was weak.

HE染色结果显示，各组织结构正常，细胞形态清晰可见；免疫组织化学SABC染色显示，在皱胃胃体部固有层胃底腺的主细胞和壁细胞及十二指肠黏膜上皮细胞和固有层肠腺的柱状细胞中均可见大小数量不等的棕黄色颗粒；western Blot 实验发现，在胃和小肠均检测到120KDa、110KDa和98KDa三条带。120KDa长型瘦素受体蛋白在胃中表达量显著高于小肠中的表达；110KDa的短型瘦素受体蛋白，在小肠和皱胃中表达量接近。98KDa短型受体蛋白在胃和小肠表达均较弱。

In this thesis, the crystal structure and phase transition behaviors of a andβforsterite (Mg2SiO4) at high temperature and high pressure were investigated by the first principle calculations and the quasi-harmonic Debye model. Variations of elastic properties, band structure, density of state, band gap ofαandβforsterite with pressure were calculated, and the effect ofα/βphase transition on these characters was analyzed. The effects of water on elastic modulus, sound velocity and band gap of forsterite were also simulated. Finally, the effect ofα/βphase transition and water on seismic discontinuity in earth was discussed.

通过第一性原理结合准简谐德拜模型研究了α和β镁橄榄石的高温高压结构及相变特征；计算了α和β镁橄榄石的弹性模量、波速、电子带结构、带隙等随压力的变化规律，并探讨了相变对这些性质的影响；研究了水对α镁橄榄石弹性模量、波速和带隙的影响；探讨了水对地幔中不连续层的作用以及矿物相变对过渡带波速不连续的作用。

Finally, this paper proposed two new ribbon wound vessel structures, one with heat exchange channel between layers used in heating/cooling occasion and another one with overlayer on inner wall used in high temperature and corrosion condition.

Based on the detailed study of seismic tomography image in South China, and according to the geotectonic environment and shape and heat of asthenosphere upwelling, we divided the structure of lithosphereasthenosphere at the Mesozoic upper mantle of Eastern China into three types.(1)Continental platform area (North China platform and Yangtze platform): asthenosphere upwelled along paleorift; over the plume head, the granitic rocks of crust and mantle mixed and correspondingly, Au, Cu, Mo, PbZn, etc. mineralizationconcentrated regions were formed; and at the steep contact belt of asthenosphere and the thick area of lithosphere, mediatebasic complex was formed.(2)Central area of fold zone: asthenosphere was "recumbent" at suitable depth, with adequate heat and in a great extent; by heat conduction, the interior of partial crust remelted, and the crustsource granitic rocks, and correspondingly, W, Sn and rare elements mineralizationconcentrated regions were formed.

在深入研究华南地震层析成像的基础上，按照大地构造环境和软流圈上涌形状和热度，将中国东部中生代上地幔中岩石圈软流圈构造划分为3类：(1)陆台区，软流圈沿古裂陷上涌，其柱头上方形成幔壳混熔花岗质岩及相应Au、Cu、Mo、PbZn等矿集区，并于软流圈与岩石圈厚区之陡接触带形成中基性杂岩及相应Fe矿集区；(2)褶皱带中心区，软流圈在适当深度、热量充足、较大范围内&平卧&，因热传导而致使地壳内物质部分重熔，形成壳源型花岗质岩及相应的W、Sn、稀有元素矿集区；(3)褶皱带边缘区(大兴安岭南部及华南南缘)，在软流圈上涌柱上方形成幔源或幔壳混熔的花岗质岩，相应为Cu、Au、PbZn、Mo、Ag矿集区。

The humidity resistance and the sensitivity to chemical warfare agents simulants of the tuned films were also investigated.Self-assembled LBL polyaniline films were prepared from aniline monomers by in situ polymerization and the mechanism of film formation was discussed. It was proposed that the self-assembly of polyaniline occurred through the quick absorption of aniline monomer cations or aniline monomer cation radicals on the glass surfaces by electrostatic attractions to form homogeneous polymerization centers, then increased gradually by the way of upright to the glass supports for extensity, leading to the polyaniline chain growth. The polyaniline was doped under acidic condition to absorb anionic polyelectrolyte, such as sodium polystyrene sulfonate based on the electrostatic force, or to adsorb polymer based on hydrogen-bonding interactions, for example Polyvinyl Alcohol, and then recycled to fabricate_n or_n self-assembled multilayer films.
