This article mainly explains the safety principium of infectant factors in waste water vented by the paper making industry in China. Through the study on the experiment in open country and indoors with soil pole, indicating that it is a complicated process of biochemical degradation to form a layer, which has a biochemical capability to process COD degradation in polluted water from paper making industry.

综述我国造纸业污水中的污染因子危及地下水水质安全的机理，通过对野外试验和室内土柱试验的过程及结果进行分析研究，表明在包气带中形成一个以生物化学作用为主的生化层在造纸污水中COD降解是一个复杂的生物化学降解过程；生化层在天然状态下形成，由生物氧化带和生物氧化还原带形成，其形成过程具有明显的阶段性；只有当生物氧化还原带形成后，生化层才发育成熟，具备对COD降解的生化能力；生化层空间分布，仅局限在污水池、渠底部包气带中有垂向渗流的部分。

A series of theoretical and experimental studies on the microstrip patch antennas with dielectric superstrates is carried out systematically. Firstly, a comprehensive survey of the microstrip antenna technology and its theories are presented. Then, two analysis techniques, named as the spectral domain Green's function method and the spectral domain integral equation method are developed. The SDGF method is a simplified analysis technique, which takes advantage of the spectral domain immittance approach to find the dyadic Green's function for the stratified media, and obtains the complete closed-form formulas for radiation patterns, directivity, efficiency, gain etc. Some interesting calculated results are presented. The SDIE method is capable of determining resonant frequency, radiation characteristics, input impedance etc, for the covered microstrip patch antennas. Comparing with other full-wave analyses it reduced computation and mathematical labour remarkably. The singularities near the pole location of the surface-wave modes and the difficulty of the integral computation over infinite range of oscillating integrands are dealt with actively and documented well. Results predicted by the SDIE method agree extremely well with our experimental results for resonant frequencies of various superstrates. The superstrate effects on impedance and radiation characteristics also have been investigated experimentally so that the gap due to lack of measured data and computed results for multi-layered superstrate has been filled to some degrees and two useful observations have been achieved for weakening the resonant frequency shift and optimizing the microstrip antenna gain. As a meaningful application, the design and analysis of a 4×4 patch array are introduced.

The evolution process under the control of the multigeodynamic force system (including the boundary forces of Eurasia-Pacific-Indian three massive plates around Nansha block, effects of the deep mantle, relative soft layer-sliding planes within Nansha lithosphere block and the earth's rotational inertial force) can be briefly divided four stages: the late Cretaceous to the early Eocene stage of uprilfing-erosion and shear-extension caused by the oceanwards-eastwards withdrew of Pacific subduction zone and the delamination of proto-subducted slab after the stage of pre-Cretaceous pre-rifting active continentoceanic plate margin. In this stage, the Nansha transcrustal layering-block started to move southeastwards on the Nansha transcrustal layer-sliding plane, meanwhile, the Andu-Bisheng and Liyue-Banyue basement layering-block slid on their upper-crust layer-sliding planes, and Xibu accretion zone was formed. Successively, it entered the stage of the mid-Eocene to early Oligocene, when NW-SE sea-floor spreading occurred in the southwest subbasin owing to the slip-line field initiated by the collision between the Indian and Eurasian plates, Zengmu foreland-basin started to develop in the same time. And in the stage of late Oligocene to early Miocene, near NS simple-shear extension and sea-floor spreading in the central subbasin of eastern South China Sea resulted from the south-southeastwards drawing-force of the mantle-flow. The crustal layering-blocks and the Miri accretion zone formed also in this stage.

南沙岩石圈新生代微板块及板内层块构造的动力演化过程，在多元动力等因素(如块体之外的欧-太-印三大板块运动边界力和地幔深部活动因素、块体内部软弱层滑面以及地球自转变化)控制下，大致经历了4个阶段的演化：从前晚白垩世的裂前活动陆-洋板块边缘阶段因太平洋俯冲带向东跃迁、原向NNW俯冲消亡的板片的拆沉、幔隆而进入晚白垩世-早始新世的隆升剥蚀、剪切伸展演化阶段，南沙超壳层块顺超壳层滑面祥东南运移、安渡-毕生与礼乐-半月基底层块沿上壳层滑面拆离，西布增生带形成；继而先后在中始新世-早渐新世期间受印-欧板块碰撞滑线场、地球自转加速影响出现西南海盆NW-SE向海底扩张和曾母前陆盆地的发育，和晚渐新世-早中新世期间南—东南向地幔流牵引造成的中央次海盆近NS向单剪伸展与海底扩张、壳体层块向南差异滑移、米里增生带形成；中中新世以来，印度-澳洲板块快速向北俯冲，构成今日南海格局。

Interlayer oxidized zone can be divided accurately by Fe_2O_3, Fe_2O_3/FeO and U parameters. We can correct the field macroscopic color zoning by combining the macroscopic zoning and microscopic zoning. Univalent major elements components(Al_2O_3, SiO_2, K_2O, Na_2O) show remarkable activity at the process of interlayer oxidizing, their contents are variable and mingled in different zones and it can't be used in zoning. But we can speculate the developmental degree of interlayer oxidized zone and uranium mineralization according to the concentration trends and variation characteristics of sensitivity group, activity group and their ratios .(3)The comparatively steady elements such as lithiphile elements, sulfophile elements and high field strength elements change regularly at the process of interlayer oxidation except some radioactive elements. Trace elements and rare earth elements commonly enrich in thin rock clast such as mudstone, in which the enriched elements species are more than those in the whole rock, which indicate that the regeneration action in caulking matter are more deep than that in whole rock at the process of interlayer oxidation, and the reallocate intention of trace elements in main minerlized rock in Tuha basin are more intensive than that in Yili basin at the process of deposition ,diagenesis and later changes .

By taking the effects of Ge fraction and strain on the energy band structure and effective masses into account, the analytical model of the effective densities of states of the conduction and valence bands are proposed, and the temperature and Ge fraction dependence of the effective densities of states are also studied. Following this, the temperature and Ge fraction dependence of intrinsic carrier concentration in strained SiGe layers are analytically calculated. Furthermore, carder freezeout effect and the minority carrier trapping effect of the shallow-level compensated imputities in strained SiGe layers at low temperatures are investigated.
