Both experimental results and theoretical analyse show that effective market hypothesis as support for capital market and capital asset pricing theory (Nobel Prize in economics in 1990) are defective. These results also verify the feature of GARCH model (Nobel Prize in economics in 2003). Moreover, a quantitative analytic way to behavioural capital asset pricing theory (Nobel Prize in economics in 2002) in behavioural finance is presented.
