生产的黄花菜质量在全国名列前茅，但是庆阳的黄花菜多在宅旁、路边、渠岸、田边地埂等零星地进行生产，没能形成优势产区，对栽培技术研究也较少。2001年～2005年我们分析评价了庆阳市黄花菜产区环境，进行了黄花菜优势产区区划和旱作栽培技术研究，主要研究结果如下： 1 庆阳市太阳辐射比较丰富，水资源缺乏，农业生产靠天然降水，属旱作农业区，河流大部分水质较好，灌溉水源基本未受到污染。

笔者在本章中对中国引进做市商制度进行了法理论证，并结合我国的实践对做市商制度的引进进行了基本的制度安排，最后提出了建立该制度的立法建议。

By using GIStechniques, them were discussed that the eco-environmental conditions andimpacts of spatial and temporal on tourism development in the centralurban area-Dongsheng District in the recent years. With the case studyof The Erdos Nature Relict for the Larus relictus, the characteristicsof tourist development impacts on eco-environment were discussed.

主要工作包括：(1)从系统发展的角度出发，运用区域整体分析法对鄂尔多斯市1998～2003年的旅游环境变化特点进行了评价，并对经济、社会文化和生态环境三方面发展的协调程度进行了分析；(2)应用GIS 软件、DEM、TM 影像图和相关气象资料对其中心城区——东胜区近年来的生态环境状况进行了定量分析，探讨了生态环境对旅游开发的时、空影响特征；(3)利用HANNA 仪器进行实地检测并结合TM 影像图，对鄂尔多斯市重点旅游景区——泊江海子高原湿地生态自然保护区的植被、水体和土壤进行了定性、定量分析，探讨了近年来旅游开发对生态环境的影响特征。
