The effect of sleep improvement of the three dosages(570 mg/kg,1000 mg/kg and 2000 mg/kg)of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae was studied by the experiments of sleep-induced directly, prolonging sleeping time induced by pentobarbital sodium, affecting mouse sleeping rate under the threshold hypnogenesis dosage of pentobarbital sodium and affecting sleeping delitescence induced by tobarbital sodium. The content of 5-HT in the brain of mouse was measured by fluorescence assay.

Results The result showed that 0.7% and 1% sodium pentobarbital anesthesia duration was too short, 1.5% pentobarbital sodium easily made animal deaths, and 10% chloral hydrate used for anesthesia in mice was appropriate. And the glass cannula was more suitable than adhesive bandages for enswathement.

结果 0.7%和1%戊巴比妥钠麻醉持续时间过短，1.5%戊巴比妥钠和10%水合氯醛能维持足够手术操作所需的时间，但1.5%戊巴比妥钠易导致动物死亡，故采用10%水合氯醛麻醉小鼠较合适；玻璃套管法包扎的效果较创可贴法为好且更简便。

Objective: To explore the effect of intramuscular injection of midazolam before intravertebral anesthesia on sedation luring operation and amnesia after operation. Methods: Selected 180 ASA cases at 1~2 stage with lower extremity surgery under combined spinal and epidural anaesthesia, and randomly divided them into midazolam group and phenobarbital sodium group. Gave patients in midazolam group intramuscular injection of midazolam at 0.1mg/kg 10 min earlier before operation, while gave patients in phenobarbital sodium group 0.1 g phenobarbital sodium 30 mm earlier.

目的：探讨椎管内麻醉前肌注咪唑安定对术中的镇静作用和对术后遗忘的影响：方法：选择ASA1~2级择期在腰硬联合阻滞下行下肢手术的患者180例，随机分为咪唑安定组和苯巴比妥钠组，咪唑安定组患者入室后（实施麻醉前10min）肌内注射咪唑安定0.1mg/kg，苯巴比妥钠组患者入室前30min肌内注射苯巴比妥钠0.1g。

With Ramsay sedation evaluation assessed mean arterial pressure and heart rate during anesthesia, before and after operation, respectively.

Methods The compound preparation was administered intragastrically in mice, whose spontaneous activity was observed along with their tolerance of the preparation after long-term administration. The hypnotic effect of the compound was assessed by investigating the changes in the pentobarbital sodium-induced sleeping. The compound was tested for its antiseizure effect in mice with pentetrazole-induced clonic and tonic convulsion. Diazepam was used as the standard control in all experiments.

利用光电计数法观察灌胃给予复方酸枣仁油栀子油对小鼠自发活动的影响，以及长期使用药物对小鼠耐受性的影响；利用延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间实验和戊巴比妥钠阈下催眠剂量实验，观察复方酸枣仁油栀子油的催眠作用；利用戊四氮诱发小鼠阵挛性、强直性惊厥观察复方酸枣仁油栀子油的抗惊厥作用；本实验用地西泮进行平行对照实验，并进行了组方设计和实验。
