Almost defference sets have strong relationship with binary sequences with optimal 3-level autocorrelation, which are of significant applied bachground. We constructed 2 new infinite families of almost difference sets by using cyclotomy; Perfect binary sequences and perfect binary sequences pairs are of significant theoretical value and applied background, they correspond to cycle Hadamard matrices and difference sets pairs respectively.

In this paper, we discuss effect algebra and related topics. The main results are the following:1. Effect algebra is a commutative algebraic structure.
