Lupulus, bacteria increased by 0.37% for the 8-year old but decreased by 4. 25%, 10.72% and 18.30% for the 18, 20, and 22-year old plants respectively. Other respective changes were that actinomycetes decreased by -2.10%, 17.77%, 25.96% and 46.22%, fungi increased by 36.99%, 60.69%, 79.77% and 94.22%, the microbial diversity index increased by 6.12%,-3. 01%,-10.15% and -10.53% and the a-acid increased by 0.44%,-4.53%,-6.86% and -9.49%. The differences were significant except for the 8-year old plants.

In order to understand these differences on gene transcript level, even to get the genes and their expression related to cell culture, we researched the differences of total mRNA of these tissues by RAPD-PCR, the result showed that the difference between embryo and head of nymphae was much closer than embyo with others, which was accorded to the time order of insect upgrown, and the tissue which is more different from embryo on transcript level ismore diiBcult to be cultured in vitro.

对繁殖性能的影响：添加蛋氨酸锌组的正常分娩率为80％、93.33％、93.33％，较对照组(73.33％)有一定程度的改善；试验组犊牛初生重与对照组犊牛初生重差异不显著(P＞0.05)，但数据结果显示，日粮添加蛋氨酸锌有使犊牛初生重增加的趋势；日粮添加蛋氨酸锌可使奶牛产后发情提前，且差异显著(P＜0.05)，其中，添加蛋氨酸锌240mg／kg组提前的幅度较大，提前了5.8d；试验组发情周期与对照组差异不显著(P＞0.05)，均在正常范围之内；B、C、D组血清促乳素含量均比对照组高，且差异显著(P＜0.05)，依次增加1.46ng／ml、3.08ng／ml、3.45ng／ml，试验组B与C、D两组间也达到显著差异(P＜0.05)。

Results: The ranges of MIC of DNA-2E on trichophyton rubrum and beard-like trichophyton were 0.0625~0.125mg/mL and 0.03125~0.125mg/mL respectively; of which there was no significant difference between the two fungi. Both 2% and 4% DNA-2E had better effects on ringworm of guinea pig in feet and body infected by beard-like trichophyton, which showed significant difference compared to distilled water and no significant difference compared to 1% Zuguang powder. Both 4% and 6% DNA-2E had better Antipruritic effect, which showed no significant difference compared to 2% Zuguang Powder and significant difference compared to distilled water.

The compatibility of both Gvirens and B.firmus was researched. The fermentation filtrate of Gvirens , under the concentration of 70%, had not distinct inhibitory activity to B.firmus, the biomass of B.firmus would decrease with above the 70% filtrate of Gvirens, but the fermentation filtrate of B.firmus had not inhibitive role to Gvirens. 7, The cooperation control of both Gvirens and B.firm to the pine needle blight was explored:(1) Pathogen inoculation happened prior to the bio-control treatment for 7 days, however, the disease index and control effect had not distinct differences in any treatments even if combination of the two antagonists, but the susceptibility for different kind of pine were different.(2)when antagonist and pathogen were inoculated at the same time, some control effect to the pine needle blight, including certain extent cooperation control of both Gvirens and B.firm were proved, but it wasn't distinct when two antagonists used separately, and the change of the antagonist concentration had little effect to the control effect.

A univariate ANOVA is executed to analyze the influencing factors of the production cost by dividing it into direct material, direct labor cost, indirect cost and total cost separately. It is found that the variables of farm scale and crop type show significant impacts in the direct labor cost and total production cost. The one-crop farming variable makes significant difference in the total production cost; whereas different planting ways differentiates the indirect cost. In addition, years of farming, farmer's age, and full-time status all make no significant difference in all aspects of production cost.
