To reduce or remove size effect, the size classification elimination method, volume average method and normalization method based on volume were presented and the calibration and prediction results indicate that these three methods could reduce or remove the size effect effectively. The normalization method is more suit to in-line application and obtained better calibration and prediction results with the r of 0.789, 0.858 and 0.947, the RMSEC of 0.596, 0.499 and 0.313, and the RMSEP of 0.606, 0.686 and 0.413 than the results without normalization with the r of 0.716, 0.793 and 0.848, the RMSEC of 0.678, 0.592 and 0.515 and the RMSEP of 0.825, 0.764 and 0.714 for the original spectra, the first derivative spectra and the second derivative spectra with soluble solids content using partial least square method , respectively. 4. Owing to much thick skin of watermelon, contrast experiment was conducted in skin-peeled watermelon and intact watermelon to compare the influence of skin on spectra.

After the summary of the domestic and foreign correlation researches, we had an investigation on 413 Junior Middle School students with the test anxiety self-estimate scale and the self-description questionnaire, through the data analysis, we got the following conclusions: 1. There is no significant difference between genders and grades of the Junior Middle School students'overall self-concept. However, the factors of self-concept: math, appearance, honest, language, the relation of the same sex,and the relation of the different sex have significant differences on sex dimensions. Appearance, language and self-concept have differences in grades.

The seed purity of more than one hundred and thirty samples of six maizevarieties was assayed by using the three testing methods: storage proteins electrophoresis,isozyme isoelectric focusing in acrylamide and examination at field plots. Some importantpoints can be concluded from analyses as spearman order rank correlation on the seedpurity data as follows:First, there were deviations of the real performances to those purities obtained from out or in laboratory testing, even from the examination at field plot that is a routine way. Second, the seed globulin and isozyme electrophoresis, both with characteristics of rapid, cost-effective, devoid of environmental effect and speed, showed consistent purity; while the field-testing gave a higher degree of purity on the high side of cost than that in-lab approaches. Third, a good consistent purity was observed in the field plot and seed globulin testing, whereas inconsistency between field-testing and isozyme process. The last point is that seed globulin electrophoresis be a practical method apt to seed purity testing for maize.

并对130多份样品用三种检验方法(盐溶蛋白电泳、同功酶等电聚焦电泳和田间小区)检测的种子纯度数据作排序相关等统计分析，得到如下结果：室内外检测方法都会与种子真实状况有一定差异，田间种植鉴定与真实情况符合性并不一定最好；盐溶蛋白与同功酶等电聚焦这两种方法检测种子纯度所需时间短，成本低，不受外界环境限制，出结果快，二者的结果没有太大差异；田间种植鉴定成本较高，检测的结果普遍偏高；等电聚焦电泳与田间鉴定的一致性年度间存在差异，而盐溶蛋白凝胶电泳法与田间鉴定的一致性较高；种子盐溶蛋白凝胶电泳法较适于鉴定玉米种子纯度。
