This thesis chooses Grade 7, Grade 1 of high school and junior as subjects, it proves that the dual-processing theory can make an effective interpretation of individual and age differences in the perspectives of content effect, logic effect, time pressure, self-confidence assessing, logic training and individual cognitive difference according to the different characteristics of the two systems. The research concludes:(1) The subjects in the three grades are all affected by content. The accuracy of the four inferent types about abstract and concrete material increases with age.

为验证双重加工理论对条件推理的个体差异和年龄差异的解释力度，本论文选取初一、高一、大学三个年龄段近1300名被试，根据两个加工系统的不同特点，从内容效应、指导语效应、时间压力、自信评价、逻辑训练以及认知的个体差异——工作记忆容量等角度对条件推理进行了发展性研究，研究结果显示：(1)随着年龄的增长，三个年级被试的抽象和具体材料条件推理四种推论的正确率均增长。

RESULTS: The results showed that the water extract of phellodendron and one of its main components increased the cell membrane fluidity in the inactive state, but the other two components, berberine and jatrorrhizine, decreased the cell membrane fluidity.

结果：在无ConA刺激时，黄柏的水提物可提高小鼠脾细胞膜的流动性，6.25%的浓度与对照组相比有极显著性差异；小檗碱与药根碱可降低脾细胞膜的流动性，与对照组相比均有显著性差异；巴马汀可提高脾细胞膜的流动性，与对照组相比有极显著性差异。

西安地裂差异沉降近期超常活动，给城市建设造成了严重的经济损失和危害，并对将要建设的地铁工程危害极大，根据近几十年来的实测和预测资料，通过建立二维有限元模型和地裂差异沉降的二维有限元仿真模拟，得出 2 0 0 5年到 2 0 5 0年地裂差异沉降累积值为 84.7m m，水平位移量为 3 6.3 mm。

Results:①The results suggested that children and adolescents' justment of legitimacy was significant in different domains;②From 8 to 16, age had significant differences in all issues;③From 8 to 16, children and adolescents' justification of personal issues had significant difference among grades, and 55% of them focused on personal reasons.④From 8 to 16, there were significant differences in justment of legitimacy in personal diary between boys and girls.

结果：①8~16岁儿童在父母权威合理性判断上领域的主效应显著；②8~16岁的儿童在所有领域内都存在极其显著的年龄差异；③8~16岁儿童和青少年在个人权限上年级差异显著，55%的青少年使用个人的理由；④8~16岁儿童和青少年只有在写日记上男女青少年对父母权威的合理性判断差异显著。

The expression changes of relating-apoptosis gene proteins (bcl-2, bax) were detected by immunohistochemistry before and after treating with the Agaricus Blazei Murill extract to explore the possible mechanisms of inducing apoptosis for MGC-803 cells in vitro. Results: The Agaricus Blazei Murill extract significantly inhibited the proliferation of gastric cancer cells in vitro and the inhibitive effects were depended on the medicine concentration and treating times. After treating 24 hours on the gastric cancer cells with the morphologic changes of apoptosis with chromatin margination, karyopyknosis, karyorrhexis were found by the light.

结果：(1)通过细胞培养和MTT法，表明长白山姬松茸在体外对MGC-803细胞株有明显的抑制作用，加药组与对照组相比其生长抑制率有显著性差异(P＜0.01)，而且这种抑制作用呈现浓度和时间的依赖性；(2)通过集落形成率的测定结果表明，加药组与对照组相比其集落形成率和集落形成抑制率有明显差异(P＜0.01)，说明长白山姬松茸对MGC-803胃癌细胞株有明显抗增殖作用；(3)光镜观察结果表明，加药组可见细胞脱水浓缩伊红染色增强，胞体缩小，内含高度浓缩的胞核呈深蓝色等典型细胞凋亡形态；经AO／EB荧光染色观察结果表明，当终浓度为1.0mg／ml的姬松茸提取物作用于MGC-803胃癌细胞24h后，其凋亡率和破膜率与自然凋亡率与破膜率相比，均有显著性差异，其凋亡率86.3％(P＜0.001)，破膜率为41.6％(P＜0.01)，说明姬松茸确实有诱导MGC-803胃癌细胞凋亡的作用，同时也有细胞毒作用，但以诱导细胞凋亡为主；(4)免疫组化结果表明，用药前后凋亡相关基因的BCl-2、Bax蛋白均有显著性的改变(P＜0.001)。

Along with seawater stress strength upward, the ratio of root to shoot, Na+, Cl- and soluble sugar contents were increased significantly. Under the 10% and 20% seawater treatments, chlorophyll contents have no obvious difference compared with the control, but significantly decreased when the seawater stress further increased. Under the 10% seawater treatments, K+ contents in the shoot and root of Lactuca indica seedlings have no distinct difference compared with the control, but along with seawater stress strength upward, K+ content were markedly decreased by degrees. However, soluble protein content first increased then decreased with seawater concentration augment.

结果表明：苦荬菜幼苗地上部受海水胁迫较为显著，而根在30%海水以内与对照相比没有显著差异；根冠比随着海水比例的增加而提高；10%和20%海水处理下，叶绿素含量与对照相比差异不显著，但随着海水浓度的进一步增加，叶绿素含量显著下降；10%海水处理下，苦荬菜地上部分及根K+含量与对照差异不显著，高于10%海水处理，K+含量随海水比例的增加地上部和根部均逐渐显著降低；海水处理下，体内Na+和Cl-含量逐渐显著增加；地上部可溶性糖逐渐显著增加，而可溶性蛋白呈先升后降。

Therefore, the LsHNXs genes were cloned in this study, and their function was studied by RNAi. The main results were shown as follows:1 The conservative sequences of three LsHNXs genes (LsHNX1, LsHNX2, and LsHNX3), and the 3'-terminal specific sequences of LsHNX2 and LsHNX3, were cloned by RT-PCR and 3'-RACE.2 The plant RNAi vectors were constructed and the transformation of Limonium sinense was done. The RNAi lines of three single-genes and one double-gene were obtained and were propogated rapidly for the molecular and the stress tolerance analysis.3 To be compared with wild type, the Na+ and K+ contents secreted by the leaves of LsNHX1 transgenic plants were remarkably higher.

主要实验结果如下：1采用RT-PCR和3'-RACE方法从补血草中克隆获得LsNHXs基因家族三个成员LsNHX1、LsNHX2和LsNHX3的保守区序列以及LsNHX2和LsNHX3的3'端特异序列。2构建植物基因RNAi沉默表达载体并转化补血草，获得三个单基因和一个双基因的RNAi沉默表达植株，快繁转基因植株供分子鉴定和耐逆分析。3LsNHX1转基因植株叶片表面分泌物中的Na+、K+离子含量比野生型对照显著增加；叶组织内Na+离子含量和K+离子含量均略高，但差异不显著；K+/Na+比没有显著差异。4LsNHX2转基因植株叶片表面分泌物中的Na+离子含量比野生型对照有所下降，但差异不显著；K+离子含量比对照显著降低。

The incidence of nausea and vomiting, dizziness in aripiprazole group were significantly different form risperidone group (x2=20.397,P.001; x2=10.557,P.01), but that of menoxenia, EPS and increasing in weight in aripiprazole group were lower than in risperidone (x2=11.81-102.29,P.05), the other side effects were not significantly different.

阿立哌唑组的恶心呕吐、头晕头昏不良反应比利培酮组，差异具有显著性（x2=20.397，P.05；x2=10.557，P.05），利培酮组的月经紊乱、体重增加、锥体外系反应等不良反应均比阿立哌唑组多，差异具有显著性（x2=11.81-102.29， P均。05），其余不良反应均无显著性差异。
