In this study,we focus on the interaction between nuclear modifier gene MTO2 and aminoglycosides,and have received the following innovations.1,We here report first that the knockout of MTO2 significantly inhibited mtDNA p_(454)~R mutant's sensitivity to aminoglycoside antibiotics.Here are the results:(1)In neomycin GYP medium,when mitochondria genes were wild type,whether MTO2 knockout or not,the growth of yeast strains has no significant difference;when mitochondria genes were complete deletion,whether MTO2 knockout or not,the growth of yeast strains also has no significant difference;Interesting,when mtDNA P_(454)~R,wild-type MTO2 strains were hardly survival in neomycin GYP medium,but the growth of MTO2 knockout strains were only partly inhibited,there was a significant difference performance of neomycin sensitivity between them.

具体结果如下：(1)在含有新霉素的葡萄糖培养基上，mtDNA为野生型、MTO2敲除与否，相应的酵母菌株的生长没有显著差异；mtDNA完全缺失、MTO2敲除与否，相应的酵母菌株的生长也没有显著差异；然而，当mtDNA存在P_(454)~R突变时，MTO2野生型菌株几乎完全不能生长，而MTO2敲除菌株的生长只受到部分抑制，表现二者对新霉素的敏感性存在显著差异。

In the majority of cases, multiple clones from individuals resolved as monophyletic, which suggests that different copies of ITS not completely synchronized evolution, the same species of plant palm plants ITS sequences, sometimes far greater than differences between species of palm plants, However, the high levels of homoplasy in the ITS dataset, led to concerns that topologies obtained from these data might be unreliable; 2 Determination of the original 11 categories of Chinese palm plants matK sequences, and comparison with other 8 Chinese palm matK sequence from the NCBI GenBank database.

结果表明：部分棕榈科植物ITS序列种内差异较大，提示其不同ITS拷贝间没有完全实现同步进化，同种棕榈科植物植物ITS序列差异，有时候大于非同种棕榈植物间差异，这种情况下，由ITS序列构建的棕榈科植物系统树可能是不可信的； 2测定了11种中国原生棕榈科植物matK序列，并通过NCBI网站对GenBank数据库检索得到了其它8种中国原生棕榈科植物matK序列。

Compared with the comparison group,the number of children who have positive history of hypersusceptibility and familys disease are markedly different. 2.Compared with the comparison group, the number of children not only between the congruity constitution and non-congruity constitution,but also between the Fei-Pi constitution and Pi-Shen constitution have significant difference.AH the children in CVA group are non-congruity constitution types.Of all the children with Fei-Pi constitution types,there is much more distributing in CVA group than that of comparison group. 3.The criterion of constitution types which is adopted in this research can be recommended in some degree and area. 4. there is a hypothesis that probably the particular constitution which caused the CVA in the episode of CVA.

1、与对照组相比，CVA患儿有过敏史及相关疾病家族史人数比较差异极其显著。2、两组儿童调和质人数和非调和质人数比较差异极其显著，CVA组患儿均为非调和质；CVA组和对照组儿童非调和质中A、B型差异极其显著，CVA组B型体质分布偏多，CVA组与对照组肺脾质儿童中也以CVA组B型体质分布居多。3、本研究所采用的体质分型标准在CVA患儿的体质研究中可以在一定范围内一定程度上采用。4、CVA患儿病因上可能存在体质发病途径。

Next , inconsideration of fact that strength of specimens do not represent perfectly the ones of concrete structures because of difference of curing conditions and molding methods , we did the samples under the same curing condition to the structure to do amending and eliminate the difference .

RESULTS: In the 1105 girl students examined, the average interpupillary distance was 59.27mm in the normal eyesight group and 59.35mm in the myopia group, without significant difference by statistical treatment.

在物理图提供的序列基础上，对于籼粳稻两个主要栽培稻亚种进行了比较基因组分析，在2.3Mb对应区段中发现了两个亚种在基因组成和顺序上存在的广泛的微共线性，两者之间的差异主要由插入/缺失和单核苷酸多态性造成，这些差异可能影响基因的结构和表达，从而对种间表型差异产生影响。

In this study,two SNPs of chicken FASN gene were chosen to analyze genetic diversity and their associations with chicken growth and carcass traits by using a F_2 designed resource population.Results showed that:(1) In the PCR-RFLP site of HaeⅢ,allelic frequencies differed much among different chicken breeds,as B frequencies are the highest in Red Jungle Fowl(0.85),and the lowest in Taihe and Yugan Black(both 0.21).In the PCR-RFLP site of PstⅠ,A frequencies are the highest in Chongren Partridge(0.5),and the lowest in Naked Neck chicken(0.19),and the difference of gene frequencies was small among chicken breeds.

研究了脂肪酸合成酶(Fatty acid synthase， FASN )基因最后1个内含子2个突变的多样性，并运用资源参考家系研究了这2个突变对鸡体重、脂肪沉积性状的影响，结果表明：(1)红色原鸡Hae Ⅲ-PCR-RFLP位点B基因频率为最高(0.85)，泰和鸡及余干乌黑鸡为最低(0.21)，品种间差异较大，但未发现肉用与蛋用鸡种间的差异；在Pst I-PCR-RFLP位点上， A基因频率在崇仁麻鸡中表现为最高(0.5)，在裸颈鸡为最低(0.19)，品种间差异较小。

Two gene fragments of DEN-1(GenBank accession number DQ886390)and DEN-2(GenBank accession number DQ886391),differentially expressed between the ocular skin tissues of normal and albino turbot,were isolated by mRNA differential display and sequenced.It was confirmed by RT-PCR method that the expression levels of both DEN-1 and DEN-2 were down-regulated in the ocular skin tissue of albino turbot.The sequence homology search of DEN-1 revealed high sequence homologies with the UGGT genes of zebrafish and cattle,and the Ugcgl1 gene of Norway rat.High sequence homologies of DEN-2 were observed with the eya4 gene(the eye absent homolog 4)from red jungle fowl,zebrafish,human,Norway rat,mouse and dog.

应用mRNA差异显示技术，对比研究正常与白化大菱鲆有眼侧皮肤组织，克隆差异表达基因，经测序，RT-PCR 验证，差异表达基因片段DEN-1(GenBank登录号：DQ886390)与DEN-2(GenBank登录号：DQ886391)均在白化大菱鲆有眼侧皮肤组织中下调表达；通过BLAST检索发现，DEN-1与GenBank中的斑马鱼和牛的类似尿苷二磷酸-葡萄糖：糖蛋白葡糖基转移酶基因、与挪威鼠类似尿苷二磷酸-葡萄糖：神经酰氨葡糖基转移酶1(Ugcgl1)基因有较高同源性；DEN-2 与原鸡、斑马鱼、人、挪威鼠、家鼠和狗的眼缺乏同源框4(eya4)基因的同源性均较高。
